When I opened the doors I was astounded at all the room, the way the doors open and the self filling water pitcher on the door. The wide open cool select pantry draw is large and spacious. The Tuscan Stainless Steel color is new and different. It blends well with my other appliances that are black. I just love this refrigerator!

I like the middle drawer where I can use temperature control to defrost items instead of leaving them on the counter. It's easy for the kids to grab their drinks with the food showcase doors. The pitcher inside that automatically refills itself is amazing. You can add fruit or vegetables if you want flavored water. You can set it to refill or have that option off. The freezer has a lot of room, two shelves, the top one slides back so you can see the bottom. It's easier for the kids to find their favorite frozen treats. I like the stainless steel color and it's fingerprint resistant!

The pantry drawer is huge and keeps my fruits and veggies fresher longer. The showcase door makes it for easy access to frequently used items without letting all the cool air out. This is one of my favorite features due to having children. The auto fill pitcher comes in very handy for infusing or cold brewing tea. Ice maker makes ice fairly quick. I love the fact that it dispenses both cubed and crushed ice. This unit is very quiet. Water dispensor is very fast. I am very picky with water and let me tell you this built in filter is great. It is saving me money form having to buy water bottles. The freezer is pretty big also. It has 2 drawers with plenty of space and the lift and pull handle make it easy to open it. Lighting inside this unit is awesome. I love this fridge! I would highly recommend it 100%.

The stainless steel is sleek and looks beautiful in the kitchen. I was a little on the fence if a French door refrigerator would work for us. The Samsung Showcase Refrigerator fits right in with our family. It's hard to decide which feature I like best. The metal cooling showcase door allows us to just open the showcase door to grab items we use every day without letting all the cold air out of the refrigerator. The stainless steel is fingerprint resistant, which to me is a major plus, unlike older refrigerators where you would have to clean your stainless steel daily. The French doors allows me to slide larger food items into the refrigerator easier. Pizza boxes and French doors go hand in hand, no longer do you have to struggle with a pizza box to get it into the refrigerator. The twin cool plus with the independent fridge and freezer controls allows the food to stay fresher. The cool select pantry draw which spans the width of the refrigerator has three temperature control settings, no more using a manual slide for different items, let's face it who ever used that dumb slide switch anyway. With three settings you can determine what is best for the food in the cool select draw. You can chill or defrost in the cool select draw which is nice and there is loads of room in the drawer. Chilling your wine or beer in the pantry draw is great. You also have two additional draws. The shelves are adjustable, I can slide or flip the shelves to accommodate larger items. The auto fill pitcher is a favorite of mine. The pitcher is located on the left-hand size of the refrigerator. I like that the water pitcher has a built infuser, so you can add your favorite fruit or veggies to the water. So convenient to take the water pitcher to the table for refilling the glasses. The ice maker is quiet and produces ice quickly! The pull-out freezer has two drawers, the top draw slides for easy access to the bottom drawer. On the front of the left-hand side door you have your water, cube and crushed ice dispenser. The ice make can accommodate 4 lbs. of ice. The led lighting lights up the refrigerator nicely. You have power freeze and power cool options, door alarm and sabbath mode. The alarm is perfect it alerts you that you forgot to close the doors. Oh yes it even alerts your phone or tablet if the temp is too high due to a malfunction or power outage. It's 2019 of course the refrigerator has WI-FI connectivity so you can check your temperature and adjust it if needed right from your phone. A refrigerator that has it all style, loads of room and great features. I receive so many compliments on my Samsung Refrigerator. I am very impressed with the refrigerator. The only improvement I would like to see is a mat for the water dispenser to catch the spills and perhaps in the freezer a bin, which would finish off the freezer nicely.

The Tuscan color fits perfectly in my kitchen and my wife and I love it. PLUS, you can't see any fingerprints on this thing, even when we have tried. The controls are simple and accessing them through the app makes it that much easier. We absolutely love the water pitcher in the door and how open it is so we can get to everything without a struggle. We can fit so much more into this fridge than our previous one that we have to try to fill it up. The food Showcase door is not only great for grabbing the normal essentials that you forget to put out at dinner, but even better for grabbing a few adult beverages of your choice throughout the night! The freezer is also great with the stacked slide out shelves, as we are able to separate the meant and vegetables based on what we use most for easy access. This keeps everything neat and organized while making it also easy to grab instead of digging around like we use to do. Overall, this fridge has exceeded all of our expectations and we love it!

Its been replaced 3 times. Very frustrating. I was told by Samsung repair man it's a frequent problem. So do I spend 400+ on a warranty for an ice maker that has known issues?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Samsung refrigerator is great. It is nice and sleek. The food showcase is great for grabbing condiments or a juice box for the kids. The lock on the water dispenser is a life saver. With small kids it helps me from having a flooded house. Only downfall is it isn't that finger print resident. Overall we love it.

All my appliances, TVs, monitors, and most electronics are Samsung, and I've had great experiences with them—except for my 23 cu. ft. counter-depth French door refrigerator (RF23R6301SR). The water-related features, including the dispenser, filters, and especially the ice maker, are particularly problematic. These components consistently fail, making the unit unreliable. I purchased this refrigerator about three to four years ago, and I'm now shopping for a new one because I'm tired of constantly troubleshooting it. While I'll likely continue using Samsung for most of my electronics, I won't buy another Samsung refrigerator in the future.

so i recently bought his fridge and after a month i come home and my freezer isnt working all my food was defrosted. the fridge still works great but why just the freezer.
