I like it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i really like the french doors and the adjustable shelves. there is so much room. the freezer below holds over a months worth of meats. the ice maker and pitcher are just icing on the cake.

Other than the ice maker runs good.

We bought this Samsung refrigerator about two or three years ago. The ice maker has done nothing but give problems. I have reached out to Samsung and did everything I was instructed to do. It still doesn't work. Now the chime doesn't even chime when resetting it. I gave a one star because you have to to give a review. If I could give a minus five I would. The cost of the refrigerator you shouldn't have any problems. I'm very disappointed in Samsung and will NEVER buy another Samsung product. Buyers be aware of Samsung.

Lousy Icemaker -- Poor Electronic Quality

we are on our fourth ice maker and third control panel. we have had to throw away spoiled food from freezer after 3rd control panel failure.

Do not recommend

We purchased this fridge less than three years ago and have had nothing but trouble with it. Recurring problems with both ice makers and now the entire unit is inoperable and needs to be replaced.

Refrigerator Repairs

bought my refrigerator in 2016 and it quit in 2020 after $1000 of repairs i was offered an exchange but it had been discontinued. then offered prorated refund. filled out forms, sent them in including tag serial #. i inquired as to which tag as there are 3. was told the outside one. called again to find out what to do with the unit and was told to have lowes pick it up. called numerous more times and was told they never received the tag. 28th call today and was told i would not would not receive refund. i sent in the wrong tag and lowes should not have picked it up. did everything i was told, jumped through all their hoops and asked questions to no avail. asked to have them play back my recorded calls to verify what i was told. nothing. sound familiar to anyone? don't buy samsung

Garbage appliance!

purchased 2015 ice maker and defroster have both stopped working in that time. repaired the defroster and in 4 weeks it went out again.

Absolutely Stunning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to talk about my brand new Samsung 23 cu. ft. 3-Door Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator with Food Showcase in Stainless Steel. This appliance meets every single one of my expectations. From the external beauty to it's amazing internal overall look and design. Time to brag about all the wonderful attributes. I love the food showcase. The actual spaces on the door are perfect. I personally use the showcase to add items such as yogurts, juices and items easier to access and reach for my children. My absolute favorite part of this is the space inside the refrigerator. I am able to fit so much in it. My fruits and vegetables are kept so fresh with the availability to adjust the humidity level. The pantry drawer is very spacious and I love when you pull the drawer the top cover opens up to make it easier to access your items. The shelves are removable which gives you the opportunity to move them around and adjust them to your liking depending on the space needed for your taller items like Juice or milk. The icemaker makes ice fairly fast and there is always ice available. You can also remove the ice compartment to empty ice out. I love that you can have full size ice cubes or crushed ice as well. The water dispenser is great as well dispensing really fresh cold water. On the side of the water dispenser there is a water pitcher with an infuser attachment which automatically refills after every use so no matter how much water you use you will always have a pitcher full of fresh cold water available. Now let's move on to the freezer part. The freezer is very spacious as well. There are 2 drawers in it. Lots of space for plenty of items. The door handle to the freezer is very flexible and moves with you as you pull for easier grip to open it. I love all the compliments I'm receiving and I am so happy to have it in my home. It looks absolutely stunning. I couldn't be happier. I recommend it 100%

Super cool appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is not everyday that you can get excited about an appliance. If this refrigerator could sing I'm sure it would! Plenty of room for all of your groceries and then some. Easy to maneuver shelves and pretty neat self filling water pitcher. Love that this can connect to the internet and be used with the other line of Samsung items

Poor ice maker/water pitcher design!

from the beginning the ice maker will "freeze" up and cause the ice to become "frosty" not clear/clean ice. also, the clear body of the in door water pitcher is faulty either by design or production. after using for a few months the pitcher lid seal will not longer stop the unit from dripping when pouring water out of it. the clear body clearly has a mold like a deformity at the worst possible location. i'll be on my 3rd pitcher in a little over a year now. not a great quality, designed, built product. be warned.
