[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boyfriend bought this refridgerator and it is probably the first big purchase he has made for us that I haven't questioned him about. This refridgerator is amazing!!! It looks absolutely beautiful and screams quality! The stainless steel has such a sharp and clean look, but the fingerprint resistant finish helps keep it looking clean all the time. The lighting inside of the fridge is really bright and pleasant on the eyes. Makes it really easy to see what's inside. We love using the auto-fill pitcher which lets us take water to the dinner table instead of having to get up and get water from the dispenser. I really like the capacity of this refridgerator, we moved our groceries from the old fridge to this one when it was delivered and I swear that it seemed like we only filled half the shelves on the fridge. This refrigerator is super quiet, it doesn't make the humming sound that our previous refrigerator made. The ice maker has a ton of capacity. He really likes that he can monitor the fridge from his smartphone. The showcase door is really great for quick-grab items like cold drinks. Overall I am absolutely in love with my new refrigerator!!!

refrigerator works fine, lots of nice features. like the connectivity. the ice maker stopped dispensing ice within 1 week of installing. still makes ice but will not dispense through door. tech came out. a small motor that operates flapper in door failed. motor was so hot, tge tech couldn't handle it. fire hazard? have to wait another 2 weeks for parts and repair.

It is slightly smaller than our previous unit but, there is so much more useful space inside. I love the auto refill water pitcher. The stainless steel inside really does keep temp loss at a minimum. The select a drawer is perfect for all my cheese. The led lighting is pleasantly bright. The stainless steel finish is so much easier to keep clean than our previous unit. I'm looking forward to using the wifi feature in the near future. Samsung never disappoints me. I feel this unit will last us many happy years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my new Samsung Refrigerator for about a week now and I absolutely love it. It has so many great features. One of the features is WiFi which allows you to sync your cell phone with the refrigerator itself so that you can control the inside temperature to your desired number. Along with the ice machine it comes with an automatic fill water pitcher which is such a nice feature for when you want to enjoy a cold glass of water. This Refrigerator has so much room inside and it holds a lot. There are many storage bins including a cool pantry which holds lunch meats and keeps them fresh along with two vertebrate bins which are humidity controlled keeping them fresh for a long time. The Freezer is also has a lot of room it contains a sliding tray on top to hold your most used frozen items and below the tray there are two deep bins that also hold your frozen food. Not only does the Refrigerator meet and exceeds my families need it is a beauty to look at the big French doors and the Beautiful Stainless steel color stands out and really looks great in my kitchen. I absolutely love my new Refrigerator and I am so happy that I bought it.

not even a year into owning - the ice maker stopped working. then suddenly it would make ice out of the blue. the temperature of the freezer didn't seem consistent, but the tech that came out said everything was fine and couldn't find any problems. today we nearly lost everything in the freezer because even though the display reads -1, the contents were thawed. samsung customer service reads scripts and doesn't do anything with any sense of urgency. they know they have problems with the cooling and ice makers, but won't recall or refund without the customer putting up a fight. i will never buy a samsung product ever again. do not buy this refrigerator!

This was delivered 6 weeks ago and it is hands down the best refrigerator I have used. I thought I wanted a side by side but so glad I got this instead. Every corner is utilized, the temperature settings are perfect. The freezer drawer is so convenient. I love the ice maker at the top...its small but works great for everyday use. I can dispense both water and ice with the dispenser and no fishing for ice separately in the freezer drawer. The door in door feature is great for grab and go. And to top it off- smudge resistant so i am not having to wipe it down every time we open it. All in all, this one checks ALL the boxes!!!

Being Hispanic, not only do we have five children, but an extended family that is always over, meaning food and more food. I like that this fridge has a huge capacity, and the shelves are in a position to hold things in a way that it is easy to get to them. My wife is well known for stacking items on top of each other than pushing them to the back, she really can't do that with this fridge, everything is laid out so it is easy to see what is in there when you open the doors. I really like the door in door feature or the food showcase. It does what it says and basically shows you the food or drink you use most right upfront so you can take it out quickly. I like that and use it to store Gatorade and other quick-grab items, this is a really cool feature. The water in the door is great too, always having a cold water bottle in our house is difficult, usually we have half and quarter used bottles all over the house, this is helpful as now the kids can just have cold water whenever they want from a pitcher instead of standing there waiting for it to fill cups, pushing each other out of the way. Freezer has good space, I like that it has 2 shelves so you can separate food items in categories. My wife really likes the fact we don't leave fingerprints on the front of the fridge anymore. That was one of her biggest gripes was cleaning up after all of us opening the doors, so happy wife, happy household. I would recommend this to my family, I think it is a great fridge to fit a lot of items for a larger family and has good features to keep that family on the go where they can just get what they want out of it quickly without wasting time or energy. Nice capacity, great features, good fridge for the whole family.

horrible refrigerator. my refrigerator is only 14 days old and i need to have it serviced. the service tech said its not worth fixing it since its new, just return it. my compressor is shot and they will try to fix it. don't fix it, because its like buying a new car and having the engine replaced.

Easy to adjust shelves, spacious drawers and totally cool door that opens up so you don't have to open the entire thing. Love the auto filling water pitcher! I was challenged at first to figure out how to connect to internet with no real help in the manual or online but once you get it, the sky is the limit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung refrigerator in the house! I had a prior fridge that was a lot smaller, freezer on top, with a lot fewer cubic feet of space. I was nervous getting this refrigerator. but excited. The team had to work to get the fridge in the house, removing doors and reassembling it inside. It is a super sized refrigerator. I have the pull out freezer on the bottom, the 2 French door refrigerator space with adjustable shelves, and a "peek a boo door" , as I like to call it. Samsung refers to this as the food showcase door. You can open the outer right door to access quickly a lot of most used items without having to open the entire right door. I find the LED lighting inside the fridge really lets you see everything that you have and you seem to have light everywhere. Even with the fridge being filled, I am able to easily see items on the bottom shelves or the crisper drawers. I can see everything easily. My husband enjoys the in door automatically fill water pitcher. If you are into infusing water, it has a conveniently built in tube to put in the ingredients in the pitcher and flavor fresh water easily. It keeps it cold. There is also an outside water dispenser and ice - crushed or cubed. I worried it was broken, as it took what felt like forever, about 6 hours to start producing ice. But, about 7 hours, we had ice cubes available and were able to feel that everything was working well. Setting the temperatures for the freezer and refrigerator was a little confusing, at first. But, our teenager handled it quickly and easily. HaHa. The freezer has decent space. Adjusting from a top freezer to a bottom drawer freezer takes some getting used to. In addition, finding a decent way to stack items in the fridge so you know and can see what you have, can be difficult. But there is a drawer that rolls back across the top to where you can put most commonly used items, say ice bags for your daily lunch bag or items that you are going to use frequently. The drawers hold a decent amount of food and once you get adjusted to the best way to stack in your items, it is very convenient. I am happy that I took a chance to get a new refrigerator. I have been very pleasantly surprise and pleased with my purchase decision.
