Upon first glance after getting it installed I thought "Wow is this my kitchen?". It looks stunning and fit like a glove in our space, like it was built into it! I love the sleek modern design and the stainless steel finish has a really nice shine to it! I don't have to polish and clean handprints to keep it that way either. The fridge is fingerprint resistant. My favorite feature is the food showcase door. I have kids who constantly open and leave the fridge door open in search of a drink or snack. I have placed everything they need in that compartment. Now they have quick access to snacks without opening the whole fridge. It also has a handy auto-fill water pitcher inside that we can move to the table when we have our meals. What surprised me most is the ample storage space. I kept my expectations low thinking we will not be able to pack a lot into a counter depth fridge. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Samsung really made good use of the space. I packed a LOT of groceries into this thing and have room to spare! Also you can customize the space inside by adjusting the shelves based on your needs. With little effort I was able to make space for a tall bottle of juice. I found the temperature controls are straight forward and user friendly. The handles were easy to open and close. The freezer drawer just glides out effortlessly. I highly recommend this fridge!

I have owned it for a few weeks now and my household is thoroughly impressed with the great features and marvelous design that combine to create a huge upgrade over our former fridge. This Samsung unit is the same size as our older kitchenaid that we replaced, but we are able to fit much more in the refrigerator and organize all of our food much better in this new Samsung model. We love the french door design, you can see everything in the fridge, easily get to everything. The Food Showcase allows us quick access to all of our sauces, dressings, kids snacks and is something you don't realize you need until you've tried it. The smart design that allows you to set temperatures for the CoolSelect Pantry depending on what you store in it such as deli meats is also great to have. The other upper fridge drawers allow humidity control too. The freezer down below has deep drawers that fit all of our meats, bags of ice, frozen pizzas and more easily. The pull out design makes it easy to get to everything down there as well. It is very easy to control temperatures with the touch controls on the inside of the fridge, if you ever need to cool stuff down more quickly, you can even "overclock" the fridge or freezer into a boosted cooling mode for times like after a power outage or something like that. The alarm that goes off after 2 minutes of having any doors open can really come in handy in case somebody in the house left one of them slightly open by mistake. You can control temps remotely through an app on your phone which is nice to have as well. There is an autofill water pitcher in one of the fridge doors that is a nice thing to have too. The outside of the unit is remarkable, the beautiful steel finish is elegant and also fingerprint resistant, so it will always look impressive to any visitors. I could not be any happier with this refrigerator, Samsung has done a great job and I highly recommend this model to anybody looking to upgrade to a new fridge, Two Thumbs up from me!

Filtered cold water readily available, lots of room on the inside, a food compartment showcase and was able to purchase for a great price, we were also offered a great price on an extended warranty. Our only pet peeve is that it does not appear to be fingerprint proof as we were told it was, as we are having to wipe exterior frequently

Its really quite , Inside is SUPER ROOMY ! Love the controls on the inside of the door (along with temp etc).... I added it it to my smart things and works fine and setup was simple. Also added the water lone, a 2 minute job. Even the puppy dog approves ! I love the food showcase door, Gives me super easy access (and saves energy) by not having to open the whole fridge to get my OJ and MILK... Super love this feature.... Also love the idea of the water fill picture, Easy to get to easy to pour a whole glass of chilled water fast !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had our new Samsung French door refridgerator for 2 weeks and love it. There is absolutely no negatives to report. From the flawless exterior to the inner workings all end up in the positive tick box. My wife loves the metal cooling door feature to store her orange juice, so she does not have to open the entire side of the fridge. Plenty of ice for cold drinks. Freezer holds quite a bit more than the replaced fridge and the chest drawer style makes storing and retrieving food items much easier. I would not hesitate in strongly encouraging those in the market for a new refridgerator in choosing the Samsung brand for total satisfaction.

i love the features of this refrigerator. it has tons of room for a family of four with two growing boys. we bought the fingerprint resistant stainless steel. i have severe ocd and with boys everything gets gross fast. the fingerprint resistance however, seems nonexistent. i almost feel it's a fingerprint magnet because they seem to be worse than our old fridge. not worth the extra money. also, the water dispenser drips water every time its used. since no one wants to wait a few seconds after filling their cup with water, there are drops that fall then dry down the push button for water dispensing and the flat area below. we have hard water so it dries leaving a calcium deposit white spot. if these two features were fixed the fridge would be just about perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Samsung refrigerator. This refrigerator has everything including built-in wifi. Already it has notified my wife and myself when our 8 year old daughter forgot to shut the door not only with the alarm built into the fridge, but also with a push notification to our phones. It allows you to place drinks on the door and only open part of the door to get them saving energy. It has ample space for our groceries. We love the built in water pitcher that even allows you to infuse your water all the while keeping the pitcher full. We were a little worried about the ice maker in the fridge door, but so far we've been pleasantly surprised. We love it, and recommend it to all of our friends and family.

purchased fridge in nov. 2019. arrived feb. 2020. i did like the set up of this fridge. my fave feature was the automatically filled pitcher, even though it leaked when pouring & had to request a 2nd that still leaked, it was a cool & useful feature. bad news, the weekend before christmas 2020, the compressor went out. broke down after 10months!! samsung was going to have our supplier fix the fridge. after two+ months of waiting for the part, they decided they will send us a new fridge which we are still waiting for 4months later. our last fridge from 16 years ago (kenmore) is still kicking butt and so thankful we kept as a backup. i sure hope the next fridge (whenever it shows up) doesnt have the same issues. i did not expect a brand new fridge to break down so soon!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our RF28R6301SR for about two weeks now and so far we have enjoyed the creature comforts that this model provides. The RF28R6301SR has a spacious interior with multilevel shelving that makes it great for larger pots and containers. My favorite feature on this model is the built in water pitcher with infuser. We've tried mint tea, cucumber lime and lemon. The built in water pitched automatically fills itself after every use. The freezer drawer also had a neat feature that our other fridge didn't have. When you close it you can hear it sealing shut (which will help it not frost over.. YAY). We have a 7 year old that was always leaving one of the doors open on our old refrigerator... problem solved - this model has a built in alarm to let you know if a door isn't shut (LOVE THIS). Another great feature that we have found is that this model has twin cooling. If you aren't familiar with the typical freezer on bottom models, typically the freezer also cools the fridge... if the freezer malfunctions then you're out of luck because so does the fridge. The RF28R6301SR has twin cooling (amazing!) so you can defrost the freezer without worrying about the fridge. The other great thing about this unit is that it produces ices VERY quickly! Overall, we are very happy with our new Samsung (RF28R6301SR).
