At the time, or the moment I get cramping in my lower extremities, such as, my leg below my knee on down to my ankle and foot, I apply 3 or 4 squirts of the Theraworx Foam, the cramping immediately goes away, and I get instant relief, at least that's what I've experienced so far, I recommended it to a family member, she ordered it and has been using it as well, so far it works!

Theraworx make it possible for me to sleep at night. Before I started using this product I suffered from severe nocturnal cramps, these cramps were painful and debilitating and would consume my entire leg from my toes to my upper thighs. I bought this for my husband as a last result, he's been suffering for years with major cramps in his calves & thighs as well as his feet but also his stomach & sides as well, he's tried everything, he's had blood work to see what his body is deficient in & they say it lacks nothing, they told him eat bananas, take magnesium etc, been there done it all, then an elderly lady we know said she suffers as well & said she drinks baking soda water, & it works awesome, takes them away in 5 minutes or less, but, you have to be able to get past the taste, you have to use a 1/4c water & 1/2 tsp of baking soda & dissolve it & then drink it, yuck, & it really does work, but I told him I didn't think it was a good thing to have to drink all the time, the doctor said if it works then to do it so he's been drinking this concoction for several years & I seen the commercial for Theraworx & read all the reviews & decided to give it a try & it really does work, but he said that on his major cramps, the ones where you can see the muscle drawing up in his leg & his stomach actually move to the side of his body, so very painful & looks like he's an alien, it doesn't help as well, so he still has to drink his concoction, but he doesn't have to drink it near as much as he use to & I Praise God for that, so I recommend this for people who are having to deal with minor cramps in your legs & feet & even if you have major cramps, because everyone's body is different, SO TRY IT, IT'S WORTH IT!!!!!!!

Some nights I get 2 or 3 leg and foot cramps. I can not tell you how painfull they are. I sometimes scream with pain. Since I heard of Theraworx on the radio, I have been using this product for over a year. Within a short time, the pain goes away. It only takes a minute or so.
