Theraworx make it possible for me to sleep at night. Before I started using this product I suffered from severe nocturnal cramps, these cramps were painful and debilitating and would consume my entire leg from my toes to my upper thighs. Before I started using Theraworx, these painful leg cramps would suddenly wake me up from my sleep at least three to five time a night. I would abruptly have to get up from my bed to heat up large towels in the microwave to get the towels hot and quickly rap the hot towels around my legs for relief. This routine was very time consuming which also caused me to suffer from sleep deprivation. I don't know what I would have done without Theraworx. This Product has improved the quality of my life tremendously! I couldn't be happier to at last finally find something that works! I bought this product on the recommendation from a friend. I was having leg cramps so often at night that I wasn't getting any quality sleep. Also I had a complete knee replacement two years ago and fell before I was to be released from rehab. I torn my quad.tendon and had to have it reattached. consequently my recovery has been slow. The pain never went away and I was taking pain medication almost daily just to cope. After I received the Theraworx and started using it morning and evening, the pain slowly became tolerable and now the only pain medication I take is ibuprofen in the morning before work. I work for the school system in the kitchen and am on my feet for 3 to 3 1/2 hours without a break so you can imagine how this product has made a difference in my daily life..

I purchased the spray bottle and was pleased with the results but it was difficult to apply to all affected areas, being a spray bottle. I purchased the foam and I am much happier with the way I apply it to all affected areas without wasting any. I was having almost nightly leg and feet cramps. I was getting painful cramping in my fingers as well. The foam hasn't eliminated it entirely, but by about 80% and I'm happy with that.

Absolutely amazing. I followed the directions and the muscle cramps in my foot and calf subsided within several minutes. I then used it as a preventative and have not had any muscle cramps for over a month. Highly recommend this product. I liked it so much I sent it to a cousin having dialysis in NY and it has helped significantly with her leg cramps.

I've been using Theraworx for a couple of months now. Until Theraworx I was having charlie horses in my legs every night when I went to bed. I'd have to jump out of bed and walk to relieve the pain, somtime for up to a half hour. My sleep was very disturbed. Now I use Theraworx on both legs before I go to bed and no more cramps. I can hardly describe how thankful I am for this great product. The only problem I had was trying to find it. Finally I went online and placed my order which I will be doing from now on.

I just received this and use it at bed time for foot cramping. Have not had a cramp since. My main reason for ordering was for horrible upper thigh spasms. I use it on that area too. So far, so good. Good to know you can use it if the cramp starts. Thanks for this incredible product. Would love travel size to throw I your purse.

I have had many spinal fusions that have left me with some nerve issues that cause me to have extreme muscle cramps in my thighs. I am on medication for this but started using Theraworx over a year ago to help with break through cramps. It is a miracle for me and I haven't had a severe cramp in over a year. Highly recommend the product but NOT the spray form. I bought two of them and hate them. Go with the foam. So easy to use!!

From the first use to today this product works great! Within a couple minutes that massive legs cramps that interrupt my sleep nightly are gone. Cannot get any better than that!!! I did try this product on my back and abdomen as I also get cramping in those areas as well, but this product only made it worse. I do have metal in my back so that may have played a part in it.

I have been using Theraworx for nearly a month so far. I try to remember to apply some each night as I am very prone to getting upper leg cramps at night, but I forget more often than I remember. No worries though, because it works fast enough that if I do get a cramp after going to bed, I don't have to deal with the pain very long.
