This is the best console i have ever purchased. It was a struggle to get especially here in walmarts app and website on launch day. But when i finally got my order in and saw it was shipped i was happy and sad. I was happy because i finally managed to get a hold of a ps5 purchase after websites crashing and having the console go out of stock before you even add it to the cart. But what made me a bit frustrated was the fact that sony forced everyone to use Fedex as a shipper for the console. I have a horrible background with Fedex losing, even stealing, and breaking packages. So my concern was over the top. But gladly the Fedex guy in my area was nice enough to bring me the console in one piece! And im truly greatful for that, especially after hearing stories of the console being lost or stolen. After i got my console i was amazed by how it was so easy to set up and boy the console is huge! But it fit exactly where i wanted it to be. And well the whole UI and menu's and all the new features you can see online on youtube how much they are so cool! I thought all these mew features on the controller and system are all just a gimmick but they do take a huge portion of the experience and it is phenomenal and game changer! Overall if you manage to get one in your hands while its in stock I highly recommend so. Even tho there are barely any games that are only ps5 right now its still something you would definitely enjoy! But if you're really smart buy it when all the crazy fan boys have gotten their console just so you could secure yourself one and probably get bundles and discounted games by then.

I think it is sad that the price went from 500 to over 1000. This disappoints me as to how this is something Walmart feels is ok. I understand we could have not bought it but it was a reward we promised and the requirements where fulfilled by our child and we will keep our word.

Walmart is the best website to buy a ps5. The process is flawless. No lag, no errors. You either get one, or you don't. But if you DO get one, it is super quick and easy. It almost feels too easy (in a good way of course)!!! Walmart sends you a confirmation email right away, and updates you on your order. I received my ps5 on Christmas Eve! What a nice surprise. All around, it was a really good experience and I don't think there is any way to make it better. Thank you walmart! Also the ps5 is good of course, I don't really feel the need to review it any more than to just say that.

As a long time ps4 user the ps5 didn't feel much different. Save your time and money people, it feels more like an extension of the ps4. The ps5 has a lack of titles and I find myself playing ps4 games that don't fully utilize the ps5 graphics. The controller is a significant upgrade however, and I applaud Sony for the upgrade but my controller is already having sticky buttons and slight drift. Just wait for Sony to grow into the console, it has a lot of potential that is just not being used now

This system was full of glitches for the first month. It has got better but still crashes now and then during game play. Not a fan of the controller either feels to thick and the batteries don't last long because of adaptive triggers which I hate. Great design but it's a very big system. It has been working !much smoother now since a few updates. Can hear a low wine noise when it's turned on been that way since day 1

I was able to purchase and be 1 of the lucky few to get to enjoy this system for myself and not just to resell. Website sucked for drops. App is what worked for me. 1 out of 6 times of trying and I managed to get my hands on one. Bots ruin it for everyone.

Package arrived within 3 days , although the box could've used a little more padding it was fine. perfect condition and brand new as described. been using it for almost a week and No Issues. btw the PS5 is the mst advanced and futuristic console I've ever seen. well worth the $730

My PS5 came in great condition and came way before the date on the Walmart app as well, so that's a A in my opinion. On the other hand the box that the PS5 box was in was cut opened but other than that everything was fine. Also, when I woke up with only one day of playing on the PS5 is was dirty all over the white part of it, I used some wipes because regular tissues weren't working to get the dirt or whatever it was off. So one thing I recommend is getting something to cover the PS5. For example I got this, PS5 Console Dust Cover Custom Designed for PlayStation 5. Just search that in Amazon and it will pop up. Finally after six months of waiting trying to get this console I managed to pick it up; although a bit more than I would have liked to buy it for I still think it's worth it nonetheless. The package did seem a bit beat up around the edges but other than that everything was presented as promised. A few suggestions if you are going to pick one up though. - Although you may have a Seagate licensed by PlayStation IT WILL NOT be able to store your ps5 titles. You can however play your ps4 titles off the drive. If you do want to expand the storage be ready to purchase a Firecuda m30 series 4 SSD with a heatsinc which can range anywhere starting at 100 dollars. - If you are looking at picking up another controller get one as soon as possible because processors and other materials are running in high demand. - I also recommend using a 2.1 or 4k HDMI cord.

Been trying for months to buy a PS5, finally I was able to. Order placed on the 4th of March and Walmart gave a shipping date of April 10th. Order was delivered on the 8th of March in perfect condition. Box was in great shape. Now the system itself, I'm sure if your reading you know it's great. There are not enough games out yet, but it's a matter of time. Controller is amazing and has so much potential. Astro (game that comes loaded on the system free) is great and so much fun, even the music is awesome, the only thing I wish it was longer. The only negative thing if even that is the size of the system, but it looks nice.
