The package was a little roughed up after shipping, and it bothered me a bit. But other than that, the system is great! I have not been able to keep myself off of it for the past week. Great games, great controller, definitely a great switch from Xbox!

Walmart out did themselves! When I was lucky enough to snag one, it said it wouldn't arrive till January 8. Here I am December 23 with the PS5 under the tree for the kids! And I didn't pay a ridiculous amount from these bots and scalpers. Thanks Walmart

Have gotten 3 systems for self and family between the two releases at Walmart. Extremely pleased with this system. Kids love it too. Only issues have been with Cold War, which I blame on that stupid game - have the same issues with it on ps4. All other games have downloaded and played flawlessly. Graphics are definitely better than our ps4 pro when connecting to 4k tv.

Great addition to the PS Family. User interface is smooth but very similar to last Generation. Load times are a plus if you are running current PS4 games on this console. Not many games are using 120Hz yet so can't talk much about that. Where the console shines is the Dual Sense Controller. This is truly next gen depending on what games you are playing. Only downside is that there is not many next Gen games available and we all already know that. Been very lucky with no glitches or launch issues with my console. Sony been doing a good job with patches so that helps.

Was lucky to get one and I will tell you The system is beautiful and performs flawless! Every Ps4 game is able to be played with no issues! Plays and loads quick! To every negative review posted, They are Playstation haters and will never give credit to Sony since they play on the other platforms. The system is big, close to a mid size gaming PC, but it just shows the power potential this thing has. My one recomendation would be an external HD, I went with The WD Black 8TB 7200rpm external HD, The stock drive will fill quickly especially with updates and HD Games, Example COD cold War almost is 400Gb!!

Ordered it on 3/4/21 using the Walmart app and it arrived via FedEx on 3/7/21. The PS5 is wonderfully built and and features amazing graphics and speed. It was easy to setup and transfer my PlayStation network account to it. The ability to watch 4K Blu-rays on it is well worth the extra $100 for the disk version.

Awesome console!! My kids love the PS5, what kid wouldn't, but my husband and I love it just as much! We are now a family of gamers and have found a great way to spend some family time with our kids. Graphics are amazing!! The console is a bit bulky and I wish I laid on its side easier, but no complaints! I'd buy another if they weren't so hard to come by still!

This is the first PlayStation Console that we have had and the initial hooking up and start up for this unit was easy and quick. The instruction manual that came with the console was clear, concise and easy to understand. After a short check for any updates and having those updates downloaded and installed the game was ready to play. This particular console seems to be very user friendly and easy to play. The remote control unit is nothing like we've seen or used in the past (xbox family.) All in all this gaming console really has exceeded expectations. Well done Sony! As for Walmart, and this purchase, other than having such a hard time scoring the console because of it's demand being so high the store came through in quick order. I was given a delivery date of no later than January 9, yet the item came to us on December 27th. Now that's what I call great customer service.

Walmart delivered on this Playstation 5 shipping by having it 5 days early from the initial scheduled arrival time. Set up the Playstation 5 at ease while updates were being installed shortly thereafter. This Playstation 5 game console is backward compatible with PS 4 games. I don't see any loading times on this PS 5 game console. Excellent, Awesome, and Greatness Awaits.

I actually scored a PS5 on November 15th. Walmart stated that it would arrive on January 12th. I then received an update that it would arrive on December 26th. I was so excited. Then out of the blue I was notified through FedEx that it would arrive on the 19th. Today I got it and I am so happy. Thanks Wal-Mart.
