I have owned every Playstation system throughout my life. Sony did a great job with 5! To me the UI, Graphics, speed, and games are all important. The UI is fresh and stunning. However, there is no web browser which is important to me as having that enables me to almost cut out the use of my PC for any of my entertainment needs. Browser NEEDS to be brought back. I was also hoping for more personalization in the UI. Unless I am missing it I see no where to create my own custom backgrounds (screens hots for my games like I could with the PS4)or the ability to add whatever apps I want for easy access on my homescreen. The graphics definitely look good and are an improvement. I have been used to such large leaps in graphics and am a little bummed to not see it again, but right now I think that graphics are at a momentary peak as it is. The UI is a bit confusing to get around but I think that will get better with use. The speed is incredible. no more waiting and fear of freezing or crashes just because you want to go to the dashboard to adjust a setting or accept an invite. this was a much needed change! The exclusive games PS has are, in my opinion, superior to other consoles and I hope they keep them coming! I have had my system for a few days and have put in about 30 hrs of gameplay. It has gone into rest mode with game running in background and have had no issues yet. Overall Sony did a great job and hope they have some updates to help make it even better!

I was a bit worried ordering this online for a overpriced console but since it's Walmart I trusted them to deliver a legit brand new console to me even though it was sold by a trusted 3rd party seller. I've got tired of waiting to get the console and it's almost 2 years old I couldn't wait any longer so I decided to just over pay. I'm glad it was under $800 better than paying over $1,000 on Other sites, which you can easily be scammed but luckily this seller is legit. The console came in perfect condition but the box was damaged. The packaging however was good, they added lots of protection inside box. Package arrived a day early very fast shipping.

I've had the PS5 For about 9 months now and, as far as the disc console goes, I'm super happy with it. I have access to all my PS4 games and their data which is nice considering I owned that system for 7 years. Some games even upgraded and allowed free download of the PS5 version of my games. The ability to play 4K discs is awesome not only for games, but movies as well. Gaming in 4K (using the 65” Sony Bravia TV which I highly recommend) is amazing and makes the games more enjoyable. User friendliness is great other than party chat navigation which could be more accessible in my opinion. The main reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is because the triangle button on my DualSense controller is completely unresponsive after 9 months of use. If the controllers cost $70 for users to replace I'd expect the product to be more durable and reliable. The other (not so important) reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the console is absolutely massive. Granted, I got the disc version but it's still massive. It doesn't fit horizontally in any of my entertainment stands so it has to stand vertically next to the stand on the floor. Despite these issues I'm still in love with the new PS5 and I can't wait to see more new amazing games.

I am so happy I was able to get my hands on one of these! It's a fantastic console with incredible power. Games like Spider-man and Demon Soul's look very real and run smooth on this console. It's definitely worth the price. There is a wide range of Playstation exclusive games on here that makes getting this console worth it even if you already own a different one.

This thing is a beast! The dual sense controller makes all the difference in the world for this machine and give you the sense of truly next gen gameplay! Although my delivery was delayed due to the winter storm, i was finally able to enjoy the PS5. i just wish that we could upgrade the memory or at least use extenal memory to play my exising library from, but all in all, I love this system.

My PS5 arrived 3 days earlier than it was scheduled to be delivered. Walmart upgraded my digital version to the disk version at no extra cost. In a time when the ps5 is hard to find this was much appreciated. What can I say about the ps5, it's amazing! Fast downloads and when you play games from the internal ssd load times are almost non existent. I also have a 5tb external drive that I put my ps4 games on and play them from the external drive with no issues. Looks great on my Samsung q70!

amazing console it took some time to snag one but I'm glad I got it. the dualsense technology on the controller truly is an amazing function. The console looks slick and plays games very well and I love the updated graphics that the console produces. the backwards compatibility is great as it allows you to continue playing your old games until an updated library comes out with a larger variety of games. Highly recommend keep trying to snag one and you'll be glad you put the effort in.

The PlayStation 5 is amazing with both amazing load times and great graphics paired with a 4K TV. The system is still receiving new games, but currently does have amazing games like the new Spider-Man Miles Morales, Assassins Creed: Valhalla, Astro's Playroom and more. There are many more great games available. I could not write this review without mentioning how amazing the controller is, the haptic feedback is revolutionary and I can't wait to see the possibilities that developers can work from this new tech.

True next gen gaming, 60FPS at 4K. Playing some PS4 games again is like playing a totally new game with improved visuals and performance. DualSense controllers are amazing. Great new interface makes console feel truly next gen. Highly recommend if you can get your hands on it.

The game system itself is amazing. it loads insanely fast and the images are beautiful. I would have gave a 5 star rating, but the box the PS5 was delivered in looked like it was kicked in HARD on the one side. If I'm paying almost $800 for an item. i expect it to be delivered with the upmost care. I'm thankful my system wasnt destroyed though.
