I use this communication channel to thank Walmart for the preorder of the PS5. I was awake since yesterday, I have not slept and I am satisfied by the opportunity. I understand the high demand for consoles, other stores like BestBuy misled their customers as we never had a chance to buy the Xbox one series X.

Every bad review so far has been someone crying about it's not fair they didn't get one neither did I but I'd still like to look at reviews to see if it's even worth getting from the people who actually did get one and know something about it so for that info I learned 5 stars

What's the problem with the website? I was able to but 12 of them the other day..? I think a lot of the problem is no one either knows how to continuously refresh their page if there's a crash or they see out of stock then stop trying......... okay I did end up getting one. That whole first part was a bit of an exaggeration lol. But seriously. I was lucky. I'd hate to have to keep dealing with their crap lol

When you do a launch. You should not be using the quote “PLAY HAS NOT LIMITS” because for you and Xbox series X and any other system before you it does . Why because you never made enough system for the demand. So after you have a system for all of us that couldn't get one this time . Than you can say play has no limit . Because you do . And your limit was not having enough unit to satisfy everyone!!

The fact there are so many salty angry reviews about the pre-order is sad. Wal-Mart totally dropped the ball on this one, but half of the 1-star and 2-star reviews are Xbox and PC Fans crying how "my box is better" . Some people like having a dedicated game machine PC Players... and to the Xbox fans talking about "more games" actually the libraries are virtually identical except for Sony's KILLER first party games. This consoles release was negatively impacted due to covid, and there was no chance the 5 was coming last year it was so dumb that people said it would before Sony said anything. This is the Most massive controller redesign since the Ps2.

Sony is really bad at creating next gen hardware. They have yet to be innovative, revolutionary, creative, or game changing. They make everything about home console gaming worse. They made it political and corporate with PS2, they made it super expensive with PS3, they made it about not moving forward with PS4, and now they are making it about acquiring software companies. All things that are fine if the priority was what the company is meant to do... make better hardware, by either having more power, creating a better interface, making people connect better, or having a system with revolutionary ideas we havent seen before. Yet Sony just says we are Sony and our console does the exact same things it didnt do well before. We are a hardware company but who cares about that, we locked a lot of software companies into deals so that they make games that lack all the capabilities of today on PC, switch, or XBox. So keep funding our destruction of console gaming. Of course like abusive relationships the funds go for it.

I think it's soooo funny all the hate coming from Xbox fans lmfao just jealously, literally nothing Xbox comes out with has anywhere close to this much anticipation, let alone excitement!!! literally the internet is littered video's of Xbox's OUT OF THE BOX SMOKING gtfoh with that hate lol

Im a bit confused as to why we cant have it shipped to us? Why cant I buy it today and have it sent to me whenever my name is up on the list? Im giving this a five star so its at the top. Also how can i have the item in my cart then it just disappears? Imagine being in the store and you are walking up with your items in your cart just for an employee to take it away?

It seems to me that this was a typical launch, consoles selling out fast, more bugs than most players have patience for, and last but not least, a whole whack of people complaining about not getting one, and this problem or that problem lol. Everytime some new technology hits the shelves people fight and claw to get one of the first ones. Haven't any of you learned that the launch day product, be it video game consoles, cellphones etc, they all suck. Be patient and wait a few months, then spend your hard earned money on a console that has had months of free beta testing from launch day idiots to have found and fixed much of the problems it has lol.

it's funny you see people on your trash talking the PlayStation 5 saying they pulled it out of the box played with everything how so whenever it didn't release until the 12th you couldn't have it on the 5th out of the box playing with it you're just making up stuff to try to get other people to not buy it so you have an opportunity of getting it and scalping it shut up already no one wants to hear you run your mouth they already decided they wanted a PlayStation 5 you're not going to change their mind so shut up. people like you just need to choke and die worth this piece of crap they get what console they want to get because they want to get it not because you told them to get it or not to get it or because your opinion matter to them. more and less likely it really doesn't even matter.
