Super excited! I to experienced the Frustration, Aggravation, and BS!!! I was on each and every time (multiple days/ multiple times) trying to beat the bots and scalpers so I increased my odds by having my wife on the computer the following “release” and I was on the app. We both were just trying to click check out as fast as possible because the website kept crashing and it kept removing it from our carts until we just kept clicking and by a miracle we both purchased one each! We only wanted 1 but now have 2! All I can say is keep trying. Do like I did to increase your odds. If your cellular internet speed is faster than your home WiFi switch it for that period to crush the bots and scalpers! Good luck!

I play all playstation games from ps1 all the way to ps4..now I heard ps5 is here..now I having a problem to get one I placed ps5 console in cart and it was gone out of my cart right after I checked out.. Some one is being selfish and bought the last one right under my nose..

I don't have the console but I still very much perfer this over anything else out there rn. Most of the 1 star reviews are people who couldn't get it or all those annoying pc and xbox fans saying you shouldn't get this console because of legit what it is a good console- no hate keep gaming no matter on what console your on!

Its called supply and demand. I remember people paying $500 for a tickle me elmo. A lot of the trophy generation crying and whining that they didn't get it and how "Unfair" it is. Happens every year with an item. Buck up and buy it on ebay or wait till next year and still pay $1000 plus.

wheres 4k and 8k resolution? Im terribly disappointed!!!Ive been a fan of Sony ever since the 1950's'.The only things they do great in is audio components and VR????? I just wanted to say I appreciate your hard work and patience in restocking this product as it's available. The system will be magnificent especially when considering the specs. I also just wanted to say to disregard the bunch of children that are providing 1-star reviews as they don't understand that servers can only handle so much traffic at once. I do indeed mean children because any intelligent adult would understand that you only have so much physical space for the stock of PlayStation 5s at any one time. Again, please disregard their ignorance, you're doing a magnificent job, and stay safe!

For all the hassel I put up with just to get one of these Im kinda bummed. The ps5 struggles with a constant 60 fps @ 4k... And I have it plugged into the back of my 240 htz Alienware gaming monitor. My 2080ti and threadripper does circles around this "Revolutionary" console, literally. Take notes kids - Build your own pc so you can see what true gaming is really like in 4k.

Really wondering if any one actually got the ps5 release date on any of the times they where so-posed to be released ?.? All the freezing on refreshing and when adding to cart and then trying to go to payment to just say out of stock is a bunch of crap this feels more like publicity ploy by walmart to get in more visits to there site...

My complaint is Sony and WalMart. Not enough units made available, and WalMart lets the scalpers take over. 2 times I had one in the checkout section and got booted because they ran out of stock. Yet I see ebay and Stockx has hundreds for sale. I'm a 58 year old gamer, I don't have time for this garbage.
