Its called supply and demand. I remember people paying $500 for a tickle me elmo. A lot of the trophy generation crying and whining that they didn't get it and how "Unfair" it is. Happens every year with an item. Buck up and buy it on ebay or wait till next year and still pay $1000 plus.

The fact there are so many salty angry reviews about the pre-order is sad. Wal-Mart totally dropped the ball on this one, but half of the 1-star and 2-star reviews are Xbox and PC Fans crying how "my box is better" . Some people like having a dedicated game machine PC Players... and to the Xbox fans talking about "more games" actually the libraries are virtually identical except for Sony's KILLER first party games. This consoles release was negatively impacted due to covid, and there was no chance the 5 was coming last year it was so dumb that people said it would before Sony said anything. This is the Most massive controller redesign since the Ps2.

I would highly recommend the PS5. Everyone is so engrossed with having one immediately that they are willing to spend hundreds of dollars more than it's worth on sites like eBay. I have been lucky enough to snag 6 of this item and have resold each of them for at least double what I paid. Hopefully the stock of the PS5 is low for the next couple of months because this is one of the fastest ways I've made money aside from stocks.

Im a bit confused as to why we cant have it shipped to us? Why cant I buy it today and have it sent to me whenever my name is up on the list? Im giving this a five star so its at the top. Also how can i have the item in my cart then it just disappears? Imagine being in the store and you are walking up with your items in your cart just for an employee to take it away?

but I will love the console when I eventually managed to get one but the Bots ruined release date The somehow managed to crash Walmart so that no one can buy it except them I tried all four times and all four times it basically crashed screw you scalpers

It seems to me that this was a typical launch, consoles selling out fast, more bugs than most players have patience for, and last but not least, a whole whack of people complaining about not getting one, and this problem or that problem lol. Everytime some new technology hits the shelves people fight and claw to get one of the first ones. Haven't any of you learned that the launch day product, be it video game consoles, cellphones etc, they all suck. Be patient and wait a few months, then spend your hard earned money on a console that has had months of free beta testing from launch day idiots to have found and fixed much of the problems it has lol.

What's the problem with the website? I was able to but 12 of them the other day..? I think a lot of the problem is no one either knows how to continuously refresh their page if there's a crash or they see out of stock then stop trying......... okay I did end up getting one. That whole first part was a bit of an exaggeration lol. But seriously. I was lucky. I'd hate to have to keep dealing with their crap lol

all of you who said Xbox is better get same glasses and go back to school the ps5 has taken up to 7 years to make and Xbox releases a new console every year because they cant keep up they Sony if you had to choose to make console between 1 year and 7 years every one is going to choose 7 years its more time you can make many changes in 7 years and add many things. but if you still think xbox is better i will pray for you and hope you chnage your life around.

I use this communication channel to thank Walmart for the preorder of the PS5. I was awake since yesterday, I have not slept and I am satisfied by the opportunity. I understand the high demand for consoles, other stores like BestBuy misled their customers as we never had a chance to buy the Xbox one series X.

Too many scalpers are buying multiple amounts, the ps5 should be limited to 1 or 2 ps5 per account, people work hard for their money and save up for this event, and give their hopes up due to most people buying multiple and then selling them on 3rd party websites for three times the price and it just ruins the "hype" of the new console launch. wanting a console for myself is a bit of an understatement, but also wanting one for all the people who work hard and deserve it for their hard time, very unsatisfied withe the series x and ps5 launch.
