Thanks for letting me put it in my cart and then, due to deficiencies in Walmart's IT setup, removed the console when your system was finally able to let me check out. The Oh Deer screen is neither consoling or humorous. Unbelievable. Thanks for getting my hopes up. Hopefully I can explain on Christmas Day why Santa needs to upgrade his system to accommodate high demand.

I was fortunate to finally purchase the Ps5 on March 4 2021 during the latest release on Walmart.com. I received it today on March 8th 2021 after a promised delivery by April 10th 2021. First of all, the system is still flawed despite the efforts to combat bot servers snatching up the available consoles. I scored mine on last round of sale at 3:30 pm CT. I could not believe it! I waited for message after I had added it to cart to checkout that it was no longer available. My son was hysterical as I entered my credit card information and I knew from past experiences that there was no guarantee of purchase. I got my confirmation e-mail and was at a loss for words. Thank you Walmart for fulfilling my order! I have been looking since November and for anyone still searching as frustrating as it is, Walmart exceeded my expectations with my order fulfillment!

This holiday season has certainly acquainted me with some of the dark sides of capitalism. You could cut down on the bot-purchase scalpers if you had a Recaptcha-like screening process, but then you might not sell as many items eventually because some people can't be bothered. Can't have that! smh

Its going to be awesome sadly the website crashes have made it difficult. I have tried at every time but lose it when its in my cart freezes every step then sells out when its in your cart you should have at least 1-2 minute countdown before its gone. Probably have to wait until next year.

Imagine owning an Xbox that has less exclusive games, complain about it and then cry while hugging up to a pillow wondering why you bought a Xbox and not a Playstation. Thats why its better to get all consoles so you don't complain and go oh this is better when you can experience all consoles and PC

I was initially worried about this company because reviews were iffy. But I needn't have worried because my transaction went perfectly. In fact, the PS5 came so quickly—one day shipping! — much sooner than expected. My son was thrilled. It was the one thing he asked for and they were nowhere to be found, of course, so I'm really grateful that this went smoothly. Thank you!!

I think it depends on where you live, but mine actually did come in 2 days! Condition of the box was good too. I got this for my boyfriend for his bday so we'll have to see how it runs, but I did get the protection plan just in case anything happens (you never know!) Overall a good experience ordering and shipping

Well, I lucked out and got one on the morning after Black Friday from my local Walmart. 2 units left over at my store after the online-only release ended. I was the first customer thru the door on that morning. Tried online at several outlets from day one of the release with no luck. Bots got mine every time. Soooo, no plusses for this style of release. Wally World, if you're seeing this........., please don't do this type release ever again, you're a big-boy outlet and shouldn't cave-in too master Sony.. Painful and stressful for an 80 yr old gamer like me...... LOL! Oh, and the one game I crave won't be released for months....... LOL! The good news- Perfect out of the box. Wicked fast! I'll use it for app streaming and will play my older games transferred from the old PS4 for now. PS4 content transfer was slick and, again, fast. Nothing but plusses from me for the PS5 console itself, and kudo's for my local W'mart!

this thing is amazing. its a major upgrade from ps4 loading times are lightning fast and the visual are gorgeous. well worth the money. retailers however have pathetically weak purchasing systems that basically gift wrap it to scalpers and keeps it out of the hands of people who actually want it. get it together walmart.

The Playstation 5 is nothing but an utter mess and unnecessary drama right now to try to pick up without dealing with a scalper trying to rip you off. So when I saw it was estimated to take over a month to ship to my house, I wasn't too happy but decided it was better then paying double the price, but it took around a week and a half to arrive plus they upgraded it to the disk version for free so it more then made up for the slight inconvenience. If you can find one for msrp dont hesitate.
