I'm sure i'll love the PS5 - But honestly wal-mart your database backend is really really really - crappy. A child could most likely setup an environment with much better response times and less time-outs on that transaction DataBase side better than you guys can. I don't want to speculate but i'm guessing its a MicrosoftSQL backend too. HORRIBLE. Might as well shoot me with a 500 error instead of "Christmas time shopping problems"

Walmart.com really needs to address the one console per order its trash to think that bots are buying the whole stock I was in checkout and boom gone do something Walmart.com this is a major let down for people who just want the advertising price instead have to be teased with it on eBay at 1500 and for what just cause they have a monopoly on the consoles something needs to be done

please for the love of Gods do not buy your systems to the scalpers. Just give it some time and you will get yours! If you end up buying one from a scalper you're only hardening the idea that it works to take from others and sell it back at a higher cost. Please don't let them do it to you.

Man its so unfair there are bots out there buying them just to sell them if ur not gonna use them leave them for other people. I really wanted one and I tried all four times. My last one I almost got it but it logged me out and I had to fill out the info manually and the one we were gonna get we lost it. This is so unfair please help me.

I am a big PlayStation fan but the way they have handled the online orders is stupid. In fact I had one on here, put in my address clicked place order and it said out of stock. If you get lucky enough to get into the screen to put in your information you should have one on hold for you already very aggravating.

I was fortunate to finally purchase the Ps5 on March 4 2021 during the latest release on Walmart.com. I received it today on March 8th 2021 after a promised delivery by April 10th 2021. First of all, the system is still flawed despite the efforts to combat bot servers snatching up the available consoles. I scored mine on last round of sale at 3:30 pm CT. I could not believe it! I waited for message after I had added it to cart to checkout that it was no longer available. My son was hysterical as I entered my credit card information and I knew from past experiences that there was no guarantee of purchase. I got my confirmation e-mail and was at a loss for words. Thank you Walmart for fulfilling my order! I have been looking since November and for anyone still searching as frustrating as it is, Walmart exceeded my expectations with my order fulfillment!

Im only writing this review because either people just write low reviews because theyre Xbox people which I have no problem with but when you say the console looks the same as ps4, thats when I have to stop you. Also people are leaving low reviews on the console itself because of the experience of getting the console. Please just stop with the hate.

no I am not an xbox hater i have a series x and a ps5 but the features on the ps5 are way better you have haptic feedback ,3d audio and rtx. it is an amazing console though the xbox is a bit more powerful. i will use this for single player games and the xbox for multiplayer they are both great consoles but if you havefriends on xbox and you like playing with them get that ,if you like single player games get the playstation 5. overall both great consoles.

I got one from the Sony site and when it came the box was HUGE! I am writing his to tell you that the digital version (non disk) will potentially not run as smooth because normally consoles are not meant to run off with out a disk. For ex if you buy a game on your using there online store ps4, switch, x box you name it; the game will not run as smooth because of the non-present disk. At the end of the day it's you choice to save money by buying the digital. Also if you were to buy the non disk you would not be able to get Steals buy using non disk. This would probably never happen but if your friend wanted to play that new popular game but he or she does not want to buy it before trying it, that could never happen with the non disk
