Controller is failing and it looks like box has been abused

Package was damaged. Says its new but it stinks as if it was already used.

Great console was suppose to arrive April 10 2021 instead it arrived March 10!. Very glad looks great plays great

Very satisfied with this PS5 delivery. Originally scheduled for April 13, but I've just received on March 18.

Obviously its a PS5 awesome system it was hard to secure but what I loved was the fact it arrived way earlier than expected by a whole two weeks thank you Walmart and FEDEX

I was blessed enough to buy both the PS 5 and new X box. The process was intense due to the website slowing down and almost crashing. I was able to get through. This process sucks. I say wait until next year when more games are out .

Was delivered fast, however box had been tampered with, someone had retaped the bottom. Not sure if there are anymore issues as of yet. For paying double retail price you would think it would come pristine.
