Chrome finish is coming off of the flush button after 1 year.

Toilet is easy to install and flushes easily.

This toilet has a flat area in the bowl that catches everything. I have to place toilet tissue in the bowl first to avoid cleaning remnants after using it, non-urination. Guests hate it.

This toilet has some serious quality issues. It developed a slow running leak that was not even loud enough to hear. My water bill went up $500 and I traced it to this toilet.

Have purchased 8+ of these toilets and have had no problems with any of them. Well made and efficient. One one thing could be better is a 16" water line as the 12" is never long enough so have to waste an extra $15.

Worked great the 1st 9mos but when the float sensor broke inside, there is no literature telling you what the parts are or how to order them. I wouldn't buy this again.

I bought two Sams Club Duel Flush Toilets. They functioned fine for awhile But there are no repair parts available, and all toilets need repairs eventually. I haven't been able to buy replacement flush mechanisms for them.
