This toilet has some serious quality issues. It developed a slow running leak that was not even loud enough to hear. My water bill went up $500 and I traced it to this toilet.

I bought 2 of these for my bathroom remodeling. They are excellent for smaller bathrooms. The seat is standard size and they are nice & high. The tank is narrow so it doesn't take up lots of space. The dual flush is nice. Excellent value for the price.

We purchased three of these and just love them. Installed very easily ourselves. Very good quality. We never have to use high water flow option since low water flush button does the job every time saving us money and saving the planet. Just after first month of install our water bill dropped on average $25. Toilet paid for itself in few months. Very smooth flush. Seats go down very gently. Looks very beautiful aswell. Everyone at home love them. They are a bit higher for folks shorter than 6 feet but still great buy and product.

I've had this toilet for about 18 months its been great until the flush valve gasket got blisters on it. the toilet continues to leak from the tank into the bowl having to make up water every couple of minutes. Very common problem with all toilets, but with this model there are no replacement gaskets available. You will have to go through the manufacture and get the whole assembly and wait 3 weeks to get it. Brand name toilets gaskets are ready available everywhere for about $2.

I installed 2 and have had no problems. I needed a third toilet. Because a competing toilet had lifetime warranty with parts I opted to go with it. BIG mistake. I returned it. It was a piece of junk compared to this little jewel. So, I went down to Sam's and got another. I only wish Sam's would at least get the flush valve in stock. They have a webpage for the part, but I don't think they have ever actually had any to sell.

We have 3 of these toilets and it's been 2 to 3 years for them . Every single one is leaking and in the night we can hear toilet refilling again and again. I am on city water so my water bill is so high that whatever saving was done is literally going down the drain. The nuts inside have rusted completely so I took them clean them and it will not stop leaking .Please don't buy then just stick with the old technology

I would give this toilet 5 stars if it wasn't for the cheap plastic seat it came with. It broke at the hinge area in two years. The choice of two flushing options is great and my husband loves the height of it, which is a little higher than our old builders grade toilet. The seat was easily replaced with better seat. Great deal for the price.

This toilet is a wonderful replacement for old toilet. Its taller, and has the buttons in the lid for saving water. Instructions were very easy to follow, everything you need is in the box. Very pleased, also the price you cant find a toilet this high quality with the dual lid flush even close to this price. If you're replacing or installing a new toilet this is it.

Really like this toilet. Just in stalled the 3rd one. I now have 2 in the house and one at my farm office. They all work great out of the box! Install is easy. All the nuts are nylon so you do not have to worry about over tightening. ( They will strip before you can break anything.) Only installation suggestion I have is buy a jumbo wax seal just in case . AND read the instructions. Good job Sam's.

I was walking through sams one day and saw a toliet. Is this for real.I needed one for a rent house and this was most excelent. What is good is they are ada complient. I break the old ones out with a hammer new one disamble quickley and are light.One person can do this. My girlfriend wont help so I do it myself. Total time apx 1.2 hour. If you have a good girlfriend or wife 30 min. Ive bought apx 20 of these units and I hope the keep the line.Ive had no problems ever
