I bought two Sams Club Duel Flush Toilets. They functioned fine for awhile But there are no repair parts available, and all toilets need repairs eventually. I haven't been able to buy replacement flush mechanisms for them.

We bought two of these 5 years ago for our home. They work great, love the dual flush, but the fake chrome dual flush buttons on the top, has worn off.

I bought the first, two years ago and installed it in our powder room, where it is used several times each day. It replaces a 20 year old Kohler standard flush toilet which was in perfect condition when we disposed of it. 3 months ago I replace the other five in the house.

I bought this toilet yesterday to replace an older round one we've had forever. The main problem I had with installation wasn't with the toilet - my cast iron flange rusted out, so after going to Lowe's and buying an Oaten Twist'n'Set PVC flange, installation went well. Got it installed and looked, and on the side of the lid that is most visible there is a mark that shows up really well because the white surface makes it stand out. No way I'm taking this back now that it is installed, so check your finish for marks before you install.

We put in 2 of these toilets 4 years ago during a remodel. We have had no issues. As far as I know, we have only had one instance of a clogged toilet. I like the dual flush- even though I don't really know if it is using less water, but I like to think so. I would recommend these and would also re-buy this toilet.

I recently purchased this toilet and love it, works great. I was going to replace a couple more, but was concerned about the inside valve (everyone eventually replaces them). I contacted customer service and ask about the valve. They informed me the product had a 5 year parts warranty, but if I wanted to purchase a spare it would cost $69.00 plus shipping. I now wish I had not purchased as I don't plan on replacing toilets every five years. Toilet cost $89 complete, but inside valve cost $69 (unbelievable). Buyer beware!

I bought this for an old house that had an old "vanity" raiser, worked perfectly because the bathroom was so small, I had no room for flusher handle. With the top flush , it worked great and I am almost ready to purchase another, comes with everything you need to install, unlike other stores where everything is sold individual.

The toilet does everything it claims very well other than the seat. Something had to be cheap on it and that is it. The seats seem to be made for a smaller toilet. The supports overlap the bowl by about a half making it a surprise when you lean sideways and find yourself sitting on the cold bowl. The hinges are flimsy as well. The toilet works great though. I recommend it but keep a heads up on the seat.

We have 3 of these toilets and it's been 2 to 3 years for them . Every single one is leaking and in the night we can hear toilet refilling again and again. I am on city water so my water bill is so high that whatever saving was done is literally going down the drain. The nuts inside have rusted completely so I took them clean them and it will not stop leaking .Please don't buy then just stick with the old technology

The quality of the item is excellent except for 3 things. The Member Mark label in black is emblazoned right where you can see it. Not impressive, make it a peel off if anything. The instruction manual is in wrong order and has duplicate instructions. Step 8 and 10 are essentially the same. Step 9 should be 7, Step 7 should be 9. Step 11 would become Step 10 because the duplicate eliminates a Step. In step 3 it shows washers X, they were missing.
