i bought this about 2 months ago was so pleased with the product bought another for our other bath room. Works great, it has to flush option, one liquid the other solids and it works very well, better than our old toilet. Some of the reviews complainted about the toilet seat seemed flimsy but they work and feel very well. The installation went well except for two small rubber pieces that go between the base and the water tank, i placed them on the lip where they were suppose to go and one popped up and went down inside the toilet base, had to unbolt the base and turn upside down to get it out, when i put it back on i put the tank and the base together then slid the rubber pieces on the lip. ( still don't know what they are for ) There are plastic caps that go over the floor toilet bolts, they don't seem to work as they should or not for me, I found some at lowes for 2 dollars that work much better. I also bought and extra wax ring to put under the toilet for a better seal on the floor, this was not a fault with the toilet just a good practice with and old type plumbing in my house.

I must say this is a great toilet. I'm very impressed with the way it operates and empties the bowl. It's a dual flush so it also saves on water. The price can't be beat at approx. $90.00. The included seat is a comfortable shape and it's also a slow losing lid. All parts needed for installation are included.

We have purchased 8 of these toilets over the last year. We purchased 4 for our home and have been so pleased with them we went back and purchased 4 more for our office! I love the soft close lid and seat and they are very easy to clean. My only complaint is the lid is not strong enough to stand on (and I'm too short to reach the top shelf of the cabinet over my toilet) so I have to lift the lid and seat and stand on the porcelain rim. It makes me nervous that I'll drop something in the toilet. Overall, great purchase!!

We had an older toilet that was leaking. We attempted to fix the leak by replacing the screws/washer but accidentally cracked the tank...so we had to replace the entire toilet. Hubby had never done that before but it was straight forward. Everything we needed came with the toilet. I like that we have the dual flush option and it is very efficient with water usage. Now we want to replace the other two toilets!

Bought my first one of these about ten years ago for my home and not the first sign of trouble yet. Recently had to replace one in a rental property and had no issues with this decision.

This is the 4th toilet I have installed. Put one in my mother's, and sisters homes and it works great! Very efficient. Easy installation! For the price,,, you cannot go wrong!

I wish I had chosen this one when I replaced 2 other toilets. Everything you need is in the box. It even has the water line that connects to the toilet in there (thankfully as the one I replaced was too short). It is a chair height toilet which is very nice.

Great value and works perfectly. I liked it because all the inner parts are included. No need to purchase any additional parts other than another wax ring because of the height of our tile.

have several of these ,just bought several more, have not had a single problem with a single one,i called the teck deparment just to have spare parts incase i would have a problem,they were above and beyond helpful!! they said dont bother ordering parts, we will be here if you need us,
