We did have one glitch. The wax seal didn't hold. We had to buy a new stronger one and now no problem. The reason for 5 stars even though the wax seal faileid is, when you consider the low price compared to all others that we looked at this toilet looks great, works great and saves water. Overall we're very pleased. Also I'd like to commend Sams Club's online site ship to the store service. It is so slick. Even if it was in stock (don't know) it was so nice to go to the store and have our order brought up to us.

Bought this a month ago and called our plumber first who told us to buy this. He had installed several and for the under $100 was very good and it was easy enough for my husband to install. He installed with no problem s and didn't take him that long. Very pleased!

This is a really great toilet for the price. This was the third on I purchased. The first one was almost 4 years ago for my rental unit. It has held up great, the only thing I had to do was to occassionally clean the hard water deposits from the tank flush mechanism. The second one was as a replacement in my home, three years ago. This thing will flush just about anything down. I have only gotten it clogged once and that was because there was just too much toilet paper and solids (wasn't feeling good that day). I don't think that any toilet would have flushed that day. This last purchase was for the mother-in-law quarters in my home. Have had it for about 2 months now and no problems. It comes with everything you need for installation, including a seat and the water line. That is unheard of in the big box stores. I would reccomend this toilet to anyone doing a replacement or even new build.

Great toilet, but the only negative thing I can say is that we thought we were buying a white toilet and in fact it is a light beige color. Disappointed because it doesn't state that anywhere and it throws off the color scheme we just renovated to light blue and white.

the toilet was relatively easy to install. A little confusion about the bolt through the tank to the bowl... but we figured it out. It seems to work well. Love the fast 'liquid' flush. The solid flush sometimes leaves skid marks, but we had installed a hand held bidet on the input line... and that takes care of any skid marks in the toilet. ;) It seems like a good unit. We have only had it for three weeks, so no comment on longevity. It takes thinking to go for the buttons on top, after 70 years of flushing with a lever on the side. ;)

I purchased 2 of the high efficiency dual flush toilets to replace what I referred to as "hobbit" toilets in my home. Everything needed to install the toilets is included. Not being handy myself, I hired a professional to install the toilets for me & he did so in a timely manner since all the needed installation parts are included. The toilets are sleek & provide some much needed updating to the bathroom. Great value & would highly recommend.

I have bought about a dozen of these for renovation projects, and they are a very good value. My only issue is that the seat and lid are very thin (so thin that the lid will buckle if you sit on it), which makes the toilet seem cheaper than it is. Otherwise it is a very high-quality product.

We have 3 of them 2 years old. Much cheaper than most other units out there and works just as good. Lets face it, the more water used the better things go down and cleanup. I saw a recent survey that said most people now must flush twice instead of once negating the efficiency. Having said that, if you are 'regular' this is a good unit. It was super easy to install and came with all the parts needed including wax ring. The tank is self-sealing so you can remove it later without all the water draining onto your floor. If you have IBS, Colitis, Chron's etc plan on extra flushing on ANY low efficiency unit - that's been our family experience.

This is the best toilet I have ever seen for the price. Besides being very water stingy it's is just awesome. My brother and I could plug an outhouse, butt not this toilet. I might have a small gathering of friends over for dinner, and then have everyone gather around the first Ed guest— yes— the and very improved toilet. Everyone would be free to try it out, there will be today's newspaper in there, and the only thing that I still need to install is the toilet badly to complete the experience.

I replaced 3 old water pressure assist toilets (Sloan Flushmate) with these Members Mark gravity flush toilets. Everything you need is in the box, unless there are flange or shut off valve problems. Surprisingly easy install considering I had never done this before. We've had them for about a month and couldn't be happier.
