Toilet sits a bit higher than the toilets we previously had so not great for shorter folks (our 8 yr old). Also problem with flushing down BMs, especially if toward the middle or front of bowl. MUST sit back on seat or be prepared to flush multiple times! Overall its cheap toilet but NOT impressed.

We purchased this for the upstairs room for our two boys. If the waste is very large it will not flush. It has gotten to the point that it is only used for liquids now. The boys now use our toilet downstairs because we were unclogging it nearly after every use.

This is the third Member's Mark toilet we bought the last 2 years or so. I think this is an excellent product. The instructions are easy to follow, well written and clear. My wife and I put this toilet in ourselves and saved by DIY. Would I buy again? Of course I would, and I highly recommend this product. The savings on this commode helped pay for my Sam's Club membership.

We purchased this after seeing it at the club and then reading the reviews. Installed it in late January 2017. So far we are more than pleased. Installation was simple. Instructions were easy to follow and having all the parts needed in one box including the lid was great. As others have said, the lid itself is chinzy but it operates well. The toilet flushes well and the height is nice. Would definitely recommend this toilet to anyone looking to change out or install a new one.

We bought these toilets thinking that they would be the same as the other brand Sam's carried but now as the member's mark brand. Wrong. Without being too graphic...it does not flush everything down. Residue is left behind or doesn't go down at all. We never had this issue with previous toilets. Spend a little bit more money and get something better.

All the parts in the box. 20 minutes to install. We like the higher sitting feature.
