Bought this to replace our old toilet at home. After comparing the features and prices with many name brand products, I decided to give this a try. For the cost of $100 with Tax, it comes with dual flush system which it impossible to find with many name brand out there, and it also includes wax and new water line for the wall connection. Installation was very easy, it was my first time to remove old toilet and assembled the new toilet, only took me less than an hour to finish up everything.

Well after waiting for 1 year to get this toilet installed I'm so disappointed. In 8 years our old toilet plugged about 3 times. This toilet has been installed for 2 months and has plugged about 8 times. This is even using the big flush or both button flush. Wish I could return it. Very disappointing

Not a single complaint from the purchase to use and its been a few weeks since installation, which took about an hour and a half. Even with the elongated bowl, this toilet is so much smaller than our previous one, so my bathroom feels bigger. We have plans to replace the other two toilets in the house with two more of these!

We purchased and easily installed two of these. Both work fine and went in in a short amount of time. Fortunately we purchased double thick wax rings as the ones that come with the kit is single thickness and would not work over tile. The only other issue is finding innards for the top flush when the time comes for replacement.

I bought about 8 of these over the years for my rentals, as well as a couple for my own house. They seem pretty durable and I haven't had any problems until one of my own house toilets started leaking recently. Now I'm trying to figure out how to get parts!

Installed in about 30 minutes. Works great. Yes the plastic seat is flimsy like the others complain about but it's soft close and does the job. Love that the toilet comes with everything like a supply hose! Plus a 5 yr warranty. Get one you won't regret it.

We have 3 of these toilets... for almost 2 years. After 1 year, all internal tank parts had to be replaced on all of them. Two of the 3 leak all over the floor. We've tried several different seals and they continue to leak. Enough is enough and I just sent my husband out to Home Depot to buy new toilets. Don't waste your money... they are cheap for a reason.

I have remodeled 4 bathrooms in my home. I initially bought 3 of these toilets and was a little apprehensive about the quality because of the low cost. I installed the first one 2 1/2 years ago, 2 more last year and they were easy to install and have performed flawlessly. I was concerned that I would not be able to get replacement parts if anything went wrong, but purchased the 4th one this year and installed it in my last bathroom. I was pleased to see that the last one now carries the Sam's Club brand name and has a replacement parts list and source for them. I did replace the seats with soft-close versions as a matter of personal preference.

Bought two of these five years ago while doing a renovation on a tight budget. They work beautifully, save water, and haven't had a clogged toilet since. I've been so pleased, I recommend these to clients and I recently bought three more for my mother's house .

These commodes are fantastic....what a great product! The water saver dual flush is awesome. Plus, I like the ADA compliant height ...perfect ! We also bought the Members Mark elongated seats to go with them which are of great quality also, but sadly, I cannot find them anymore...nor order online! The only negative comment I have is that there is no information as to where you can order replacement parts. Nothing is listed with the instructions If something breaks, this may be a problem. That is why I did not give the "value" as highest rating....if I would have to replace because no parts available, that would be a big disappointment.
