I wouldn't purchase this toilet again. I replaced 4 toilets in my home with this model. The silver on the button on the top used to flush the toilet turns green and you can't get it to come off. The seats always come loose so you have to constantly tighten them and they are thin plastic seats.

These commodes are fantastic....what a great product! The water saver dual flush is awesome. Plus, I like the ADA compliant height ...perfect ! We also bought the Members Mark elongated seats to go with them which are of great quality also, but sadly, I cannot find them anymore...nor order online! The only negative comment I have is that there is no information as to where you can order replacement parts. Nothing is listed with the instructions If something breaks, this may be a problem. That is why I did not give the "value" as highest rating....if I would have to replace because no parts available, that would be a big disappointment.

I spent twice as much replacing the other two toilets in our house when I came upon this one and figured I'd give it a try in the master bathroom, as we are redoing the entire bathroom. I had a plumber install it, and he said it was all very easy. Everything needed was included, which is great because if you pay attention, many other toilets you buy still require you to buy additional items just to install it. We've been using this toilet for about a month now and have had no issues at all. It looks great and, in my opinion, flushes better than the other two, more expensive toilets that we have in our house.

I've installed three of these units, and I'm impressed with the quality and engineering. Everything is included in the kit. the only thing I bought separately is a non-wax ring for installation--just a preference. It comes with a wax ring w/flange. I installed them in homes built in the 60's, and everything lines up perfectly.

Bought this to replace our old toilet at home. After comparing the features and prices with many name brand products, I decided to give this a try. For the cost of $100 with Tax, it comes with dual flush system which it impossible to find with many name brand out there, and it also includes wax and new water line for the wall connection. Installation was very easy, it was my first time to remove old toilet and assembled the new toilet, only took me less than an hour to finish up everything.

I owe a campground on southeastern Ohio and have install three of these toilets in my bathhouse with excellent results. The eco flush works well and they have only clogged a few times through no fault of the toilet. I did have to put a sign on the wall so campers would know which button to push. Recently I installed a fourth toilet and the quality was noticeably different than the first three. Everything about the toilet was lower quality, the hardware and flushing mechanisms were very disappointing. I am not sure if Sam's changed suppliers or changed the design to reduce costs. If cost is the issue I would suggest returning to the higher quality model and charging a little more. I don't want to buy cheap goods that will cost me more in the long run.

I have an older house with a 10" rough-in for the toilet. Big Box selection for these is limited and expensive. This is a great alternative. There is no rough-in spec listed, but can attest my rough-in was 10 1/8" from the wall to the center of the waste pipe. The back of the tank and lid just kiss the wall. Could not have been luckier.

Is it possible to love your toilet? We purchased 2. one for each bath. You would not believe how it flushes and with such a little amt of water. Also the flushing power helps to keep the bowl clean. I would recommend this to any one. Also it sits up higher than the regular toilet, making you feel that you are not sitting in the floor.!!!!! Great for arthritic joints!!!!

We have had two of these toilets installed for two years and although they function fine we find they are constantly getting a hard water ring built up on the surface where the water sits in the bowl. We have two older, higher quality units that do not have this issue what so ever. You really do get what you pay for an unfortunately the finish is where they skimped on quality to sell this toilet for the price they do. I am 100% certain that our local water plays a part, but as I said earlier, the other toilets do not have this problem. Buyer beware.

I purchased a name-brand toilet for the master bath and this one for the 2nd bath. My master bath rough-in dimension was only about 11-1/4" and the name brand toilet didn't fit. I noticed this one left almost a 1" wall gap when installed in my second bath with a 12" rough-in so I bought another one and it fit perfectly in my master bath. These toilets look good and flush great. The flush only takes 1-2 seconds and everything goes. If I use the small flush the tank is full by the time I'm done washing my hands and the big flush doesn't take much longer. If you have 20 year old toilets like I did, Stop wasting water and install one of these or a modern name brand. They have a much more effective flush even though they use less water.
