Great product for the price and everything you need (except the wrench) is included. Easy to install. It took me about an hour or less and it's actually the first one I have installed. Overall, the quality, value, looks, and efficiency are well worth the price you pay. I am planning to replace the two remaining (substandard builder quality) toilets in my house with these.

I owe a campground on southeastern Ohio and have install three of these toilets in my bathhouse with excellent results. The eco flush works well and they have only clogged a few times through no fault of the toilet. I did have to put a sign on the wall so campers would know which button to push. Recently I installed a fourth toilet and the quality was noticeably different than the first three. Everything about the toilet was lower quality, the hardware and flushing mechanisms were very disappointing. I am not sure if Sam's changed suppliers or changed the design to reduce costs. If cost is the issue I would suggest returning to the higher quality model and charging a little more. I don't want to buy cheap goods that will cost me more in the long run.

We purchased and easily installed two of these. Both work fine and went in in a short amount of time. Fortunately we purchased double thick wax rings as the ones that come with the kit is single thickness and would not work over tile. The only other issue is finding innards for the top flush when the time comes for replacement.

Bought two of these five years ago while doing a renovation on a tight budget. They work beautifully, save water, and haven't had a clogged toilet since. I've been so pleased, I recommend these to clients and I recently bought three more for my mother's house .

Hi, I originally bought 2 of these 7 years ago for my house and they have held up very well. I then bought 2 more 5 years ago for my business, those have held up very well. One of the toilets at my business did need some interior parts replaced this year but with the heavy use it receives, I still give this product 5 stars. It sits high enough off the floor to give very comfortable seating. The quality is very good and looks like it should cost much more than it does. I now am buying 2 more for another house I am moving into. Love this toilet, nothing else compares, in my opinion.

One week down and everything is still good. Easy to install, only took an hour. The tank water level seemed to be preset or I just got lucky, no adjustments necessary. The flush is strong and uses little water. Its not a designer toilet. If white is ok, this toilet is great. Before we bought this, my wife was concerned about the elongation. Not only is it adequately elongated, it seems like a wider target also(just sayin).

Installed in about 30 minutes. Works great. Yes the plastic seat is flimsy like the others complain about but it's soft close and does the job. Love that the toilet comes with everything like a supply hose! Plus a 5 yr warranty. Get one you won't regret it.

yes, I have set many toilets, but this one went as it should be. All the parts were included, instructions were clear ( I was teaching my 17 y.o and he was following the instruction guide ). Everything bolted into place and there were no hassles or leaks. Great price, good fixture that does exactly what its supposed to do....and the dual flush is a bonus.

We've replaced three old toilets with these. They are good basic toilets with dual flush feature. However the bottom portion of the bowl stains permanently which I suspect is due to poor manufacturing. The porcelain at the bottom does not feel properly glazed like the rest of the bowl so a disgusting permanent stain builds up on the semi rough surface. We've only used toilet cleaner and do regular cleaning - no harsh chemicals. At first I thought maybe the brush wasn't reaching the stain. I've even tried using a mild scouring pad with my hand, and can feel that the finish is rough! Even bleach doesn't work. Buyer beware!

This toilet is great. Flushes quickly and so far my son hasn't clogged it. lol The seat that comes with it is ok. I bought the soft closing one, unfortunately sams isn't carrying it anymore... but the toilet is awesome. I'm getting ready to buy another for my upstairs bath
