I wouldn't purchase this toilet again. I replaced 4 toilets in my home with this model. The silver on the button on the top used to flush the toilet turns green and you can't get it to come off. The seats always come loose so you have to constantly tighten them and they are thin plastic seats.

Great product for the price and everything you need (except the wrench) is included. Easy to install. It took me about an hour or less and it's actually the first one I have installed. Overall, the quality, value, looks, and efficiency are well worth the price you pay. I am planning to replace the two remaining (substandard builder quality) toilets in my house with these.

Is it possible to love your toilet? We purchased 2. one for each bath. You would not believe how it flushes and with such a little amt of water. Also the flushing power helps to keep the bowl clean. I would recommend this to any one. Also it sits up higher than the regular toilet, making you feel that you are not sitting in the floor.!!!!! Great for arthritic joints!!!!

I have remodeled 4 bathrooms in my home. I initially bought 3 of these toilets and was a little apprehensive about the quality because of the low cost. I installed the first one 2 1/2 years ago, 2 more last year and they were easy to install and have performed flawlessly. I was concerned that I would not be able to get replacement parts if anything went wrong, but purchased the 4th one this year and installed it in my last bathroom. I was pleased to see that the last one now carries the Sam's Club brand name and has a replacement parts list and source for them. I did replace the seats with soft-close versions as a matter of personal preference.

We've replaced three old toilets with these. They are good basic toilets with dual flush feature. However the bottom portion of the bowl stains permanently which I suspect is due to poor manufacturing. The porcelain at the bottom does not feel properly glazed like the rest of the bowl so a disgusting permanent stain builds up on the semi rough surface. We've only used toilet cleaner and do regular cleaning - no harsh chemicals. At first I thought maybe the brush wasn't reaching the stain. I've even tried using a mild scouring pad with my hand, and can feel that the finish is rough! Even bleach doesn't work. Buyer beware!

I spent twice as much replacing the other two toilets in our house when I came upon this one and figured I'd give it a try in the master bathroom, as we are redoing the entire bathroom. I had a plumber install it, and he said it was all very easy. Everything needed was included, which is great because if you pay attention, many other toilets you buy still require you to buy additional items just to install it. We've been using this toilet for about a month now and have had no issues at all. It looks great and, in my opinion, flushes better than the other two, more expensive toilets that we have in our house.

We purchased and easily installed two of these. Both work fine and went in in a short amount of time. Fortunately we purchased double thick wax rings as the ones that come with the kit is single thickness and would not work over tile. The only other issue is finding innards for the top flush when the time comes for replacement.

I've installed three of these units, and I'm impressed with the quality and engineering. Everything is included in the kit. the only thing I bought separately is a non-wax ring for installation--just a preference. It comes with a wax ring w/flange. I installed them in homes built in the 60's, and everything lines up perfectly.

I have an older house with a 10" rough-in for the toilet. Big Box selection for these is limited and expensive. This is a great alternative. There is no rough-in spec listed, but can attest my rough-in was 10 1/8" from the wall to the center of the waste pipe. The back of the tank and lid just kiss the wall. Could not have been luckier.

Installed in about 30 minutes. Works great. Yes the plastic seat is flimsy like the others complain about but it's soft close and does the job. Love that the toilet comes with everything like a supply hose! Plus a 5 yr warranty. Get one you won't regret it.
