I had to enter most of my financial information twice. It is difficult to maneuver in the categories. It is impossible to know if you have saved the information. From previous experience H&R Block is a superior product, and I will never use Turbotax again.

I have been using Turbo Tax for probably 30 years. I have been generally happy with it, but it still has some glitches. There are sometimes questions that I don't know the answer to, and there is very little guidance to get the answer. I have used the online help on occasion, quite successfully, but it is difficult to find where to initiate either a chat or a live phone conversation. When I finally got the information on how to chat or call, the information I got was mostly helpful.

Excepting the form 1099 R problem, I love Turbo Tax and will use it again. But..., although I entered the info from a 1099R exactly as on the paper copy from broker, Turbo Tax would would not let me proceed. Fortunately, someone responded to my question about this and gave a solution.

Your product used to be wonderful, used to be.... While processing this years return after running error check several times -one got thru. It was caught at the last screen, the submit your taxes screen. which then resulted in to more changes having to be done. Turbo tax missed the error and my return would have been wrong. After 10 years, 2017 will be the last year I purchase Turbo tax.

For the first time I had to seek help to complete my returns. Errors kept appearing because my K-1 forms were incomplete. Tried to file four times. Since I received none there was no way to delete them. First time I searched for K-1 nothing came up. Finally had to go to your help center and attempt to find the answer - which I did. Again disappointed with the extra effort and the quality of 2017 Turbotax. Also it takes too long to pick a stupid nickname for this survey.

TurboTax sucked! I finish my taxes & TurboTax stated, everything was O.K., I signed up for Tax Audit which saved my returns. When I tried to file, numerous errors popped up. My Federal & State returns were not done. Stuff I had entered days ago was gone from TurboTax Then TurboTax printed 2 copies of my state returns for my record (It did print one copy of my Federal Return.) Pages were not formatted correctly I have used TurboTax for over 10 years with no problems. SOMEONE DID NOT DO THIER JOB!!!

Many sites allow to download a .txf file, unfortunately TT only allows the downloaded program to be able to upload such a file That should be now and updated for all future tax filings Lastly TT has no tech to either allow or be capable of transferring between the online & desktop tax information I used the TT online for 2016 taxes, but when I went to upload the .txf file I eventually determined that I could only do so with the downloaded program Wish I was informed to do so, BEFORE I reached 99% of the end of my online processing. It can't be all about money, but these 2 issues caused an excessive amount o time to do my taxes, which TT normally allows me to do his in about 30 minutes Lastly, if you can copy & paste information from a .pdf file, why cant TT allow them to be uploaded? Get your IT on it, and users will leave a comment, let alone a positive one So 4/5 Jeff

- For end of tax year estimates: I can't override 1040 or other forms without going thru other forms first; I would like an override so I can do quick estimates for various situations. - Add form 2210 and schedule A1. TT throws me and older folks into these forms when we make estimated tax payments to cover IRA withdrawals when withholding is not taken out because we withdraw stock not cash. - Give me an option to see forms/schedules (like 1040) without the worksheets.

Why would you have an end date for e-filing. This is not acceptable for me!

Turbo Tax is good software with a user friendly interface. I was very disappointed to find that Turbo Tax now charges for your State submission.
