It got the job done, but we had a lot of glitches. We went from the home and business version back to premier. Turbo tax wanted us to deal with all the changes, but glitched as it did. How about including an IRS mailing label in the packages sold in stores?

It would be nice to have the tax instructions available to better understand something. The passive activity loss was not carried over from last year, and it took me a while to learn about it, find the information on last years taxes, and then add it into the right form for 2017. Seriously, you require a unique nick name? Why make it hard to send you feedback?

Been using this program since 1991 and been very happy with it. This year when saving and returning to finish your taxes you have to go through everything to get back to where you left off. Kind of annoying, especially if you come back more than once to finish your taxes.

Although TurboTax is accurate and thorough, I found the order of topics confusing. Too many questions were asked the were impertinent to my situation. Although I have used TT for years, I was unable to transfer any information. Will I use it again? I am not sure.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and I have never been let down. The directions and yearly updates keep me from having to do a lot of research work and from paying an accountant for the work I can do myself. I certainly plan on continuing the use of Turbo Tax in the years to come. The ole saying "keep it simple" is what Turbo Tax does.

Pretty easy to use; and support was really great. Recently divorced, support assisted with these questions. The deduction (donated goods) is somewhat difficult to use. A menu to type the donation with purchase value and assigned value would be great.

Turbo Tax has been very convenient, educational, and helpful to our family for more than 10 years now. The informational links guides you in answering the questions properly. It has made me feel confident that our family is filing our taxes properly and has helped us get the most allowable refund every year.

I have been using TurboTax for years , it is easy to use, easy to file a return. I really like that it checks for addition deductions and credits based on what I enter. Love having the ability to import 1099-B and 1099-DIV forms from my different accounts. Excellent program

Linking forms and step-by-step and IRS requirements can be improved. Backtracking from form line to be submitted to worksheets is a problem. I seem to remember split screens in earlier editions of TurboTax. My eyesight is getting poor. The changes in computer displays of text is getting to be a fog. Maybe you need to design a "handicapped " version.

Overall the software works. It seems a bit slow on a modern computer with lots of RAM and CPU... Oddly after first day of every operation taking 1 minute+ (nothing else was slow on same PC) everything was okay the next day. It doesn't allow you to import last year's turbotax data once you've started filing, so I had to start over again once I got that. Importing financial institution data failed to work behind firewall (worked at home). Doesn't allow find-in-page searches. All minor gripes; overall it got me through the process but just took a few extra hoops to do so.
