My printer quit working and I needed to manually transfer information from turbotax to paper forms, but I couldn't see the the numbers on the print screen.

1. What appeared to be links (blue text color) did not work when selected. Had to click on the help center then queried for the information that I was looking for.

All-in-all, I've been increasingly pleased year after year as TurboTax seems to get easier and better. More than worth the price, just in peace of mind!

Excellent product. Really like how it sucks all the data in from financial planners. Very reassuring that it was all done correctly for both Fed and State.

I was asked the same question seven times about the name of my business. I'm self-employed and the box saying as such was checked so what else was I supposed to do?

The review process was inadequate. There were duplicate entries in the interest income category that TurboTax did not recognize. TurboTax did not call to my attention a contradiction in car mileage deductions.

I am a long-term user, so am able to understand and navigate the program. Also, the fact that you can switch between "Guide Me" and "Choose What You Want to Work On" modes, as well as "Go To Forms", gives you great flexibility.

Also, your software should make certain entries are saved... perhaps suggest they get saved twice. i lost my 2016, not quite sure how, right after I printed them.

We moved to a new state in 2017. There were many questions we couldn't answer confidently, because acronym definitions were missing or income prorating guidance across states was inadequate.

Use turbotax every year Always have issues with getting to my online account. Resetting the password (and you have to type it in twice) does not seem to reset the password. Frustrating
