TurboTax is great! We have used it for many years and will continue to use it in the future. This year, I missed an easy save button and I had trouble locating ItsDeductible to itemize my donations.

Have used Turbotax for several years now. I like the ability to go through slowly, it will save my work in case I have to leave and come back at a later date. It verifies my work and let's me know what I have to correct if needed.

1. I am a Jr, my son is III, it wanted to overwrite my file with his when saving the form. 2. you make it difficult to efile fed and paper mail state, should be easier if you don't want to pay for the stae efile.

Year to year consistency is a high value to me. Ability to import 1099 data from investment houses a big plus, except Citibank this year (had to manually adjust data imported from Quicken) ... they are checking why 1099 could print but not import.

I was stuck on my state return and the Turbo Tax CPA on athe phone knew the system and helped me quickly find out where I entered the number incorrectly. Very fast and efficient. Couldn't ask for more. And she was very patient with me..

Turbo tax rocks. The best is that it is understandable and broken into simple steps. The next best is that it automatically imports my brokerage 1099's in seconds.

I enjoy using TurboTax because it simplifies a complex process. I like being able to quickly find additional help and info. Since I do my own taxes along with my dad's and two sons', I especially appreciate the ease of use.

I've used Turbo Tax all the way back to the 1980's when you would get the forms to insert into a pin feed printer. Have used it since then and never missed a year. I estimate I've used the software for close to 35 years.

It is still a little hard to find where to add the IRS IP PINmailed to us, why doesn't step by step ask fo it? Had to reenter profile data. Wish when you stop and save it would take you back to same spot when restart. sees to reask questions
