Because I had many stock buys, I had to file with Premier download. I had issues with downloading. Support folks were great and quite patient dealing with a low skill computer person (me).

Overall very easy to use. INFURIATING that the drop down list for credits reported under code P does NOT contain all of the options listed in the IRS instructions.

1. unlike in past, downloads were difficult this year. 2. product got hung in a loop i couldn't get out of in the final review stage. 3. foreign tax paid needs some work. intuit should advise me whether to take the deduction or credit.

Even I did not work in 2017, I required TurboTax for Taxes because I received Social Security and made some money investing (that can change). I enjoy all questions to do the best for IRS and State taxes.

TurboTax does a great job of simplifying the complexity of filling out tax forms and yet touches on all the applicable points to ensure a complete and accurate return. I would absolutely be engaging an accountant if TurboTax was not available.

Form has entry in Part II, 1C "See Stmnt", and do not see statement in packet to be efiled to Fed. Entered Date Sold in questions but not reflected on Form. Unable to speak to someone in Turbo Tax for clarification.

Always easy and fast to use. Great product. Would like to see more printing options after submission of the returns - include an option not to print worksheets.

Excellent product . Used to have my taxes done by a "professional" until I realized I could do a better job and get them done quicker using Turbotax. Save money and feel confident filing taxes with this product. Highly recommend

Been using TurboTax for years. It has allowed me to understand the taxes and how they work. Its very informative. I think I need to use the "help" more for the Rentals. Not always sure if I am capturing everything I should.

Turbo Tax has proven to be both simple and easy for us for many years. We are ordinary folks without much "fancy" stuff. Tool less than 2 hours from start to file. Very pleased.
