There is a question in the HSA portion of the software about a spouse's participation in a HDHP that is misleading. The question needed to be broken up into 2 or 3 separate questions to provide more clarity.

This is my first time using Turbo Tax. I have always paid for my returns to be prepared and filed. I think now that I have used Turbo Tax, I will probably use it again next year.

Have used TurboTax since 1997 and have been happy with the results. Only complaint is how complicated it is to take credit for Foreign taxes rather than a deduction.

i have trouble every year getting the security code. There has to be an easier way to do this. It usually takes 30-40 minute to get the code. Then typed in it say not good or out of date. But I will use the program again next year. Thank you.

T/tax covers a broad spectrum of returns at a reasonable price. Have used it for years. The ads to up-sell products is very distracting and annoying. If I wanted something I know how to find it.

I did not like how there was not a version for linux available. I was forced to use a windows machine which was much more insecure. Please make a linux version for next year. This is sensitive information.

It was maddening to figure out how to reach a HUMAN by TELEPHONE at TurboTax when I ran into some problems using the disk. ARGH! Just please put the contact phone number for the online/disk support people right there inside the box of the disk!

I have used Turbo Tax for 30+ years and plan to continue. It makes doing your own returns very straight forward and gives you access to Help info and IRS publications if you want to did into more details just for your own information.

Turbo Tax is so simple to use, you just have to take your time and read the screens. After doing multiple returns for family and friends, I breeze through it so quickly.

TurboTax often requires the entry of the same data be entered several times which could have been copied from previous entries. (OK, some duplication is necessary to verify that correct entry has been made). Keep it to a minimum.
