I've used turbotax for several years; either it is getting easier to use or my I Q has gone up -- you be the judge. If like me senior citizens jump in and do your own.

to start over from the beginning. Could not open Turbotax without updating. No indication of why or what it was doing. Overall very unhappy with this release of Turbotax. Thinking of looking for different application next year.

Turbo Tax is the reason I do my own taxes. It is sooo easy and I could do them in a couple of hours if only I had all of my own information organized. I appreciate the audit defense option.

Very disappointed that after keeping track of all my charitable donations during the year I couldn't get it to import into TurboTax. Spent over 30 minutes on help line and their solution was for me to enter manually into TurboTax.

The alternative minimum tax is the worst tax form ever invented. I needed help in completing it. I have confidence it was done correctly; while before turbotax, I was never sure.

Filing Federal combined and married separately for State is difficult. Had to create two fake filing separately Federal returns so the information would transition to the State returns.

When asking for a PIN Number in the Federal Return, you mention to select 5 number at random, but the tax return was rejected because I did not use the same PIN number I had selected the prior year. Needs further clarification!!!

The box says 1 free state included as always, but now there are two filing fees, one for federal and one for state. I would rather know that up front, rather than at filing time.
