Love the product. We did run into an issue where Turbo Tax said we had an issue with a vehicle for business purposes. It said to go back to a certain form and either correct or delete. It would've been great if there was a clickable link provided that would've taken us there rather than try to navigate backwards trying to find it.

Have been using Turbo tax for over 10 years. It was great when I was an independent contractor and had expenses to deduct and had to pay my own taxes and used the small business edition. Now I use the premiere edition, very easy to use, with step by step instructions and guides. All my questions are always answered and I am confident in my filing.

I have been using TurboTax since at least 2002. It improves very slightly or not at all each year on handling tax aspects. Federal tax handling is pretty good. I need to file in three states and the state handling (particularly PA) is not as good. But the program is unstable. For instance, it freezes frequently. It also needs to be started twice whenever there is an update. At least in Win 8 and 10 you must run as an administrator or it doesn't work at all, and I had to figure that out in the hardest way since there is no instruction.

Have used TurboTax for many, many years. Always extremely satisfied. Like ability to jump back & forth between step-by-step and forms, which can make entry and use easier once you are familiar with forms. Like to see immediate impact on Federal & State refund or amount due.

This is my sixth year using Turbo Tax, and I wouldn't file my taxes any other way. Whether you choose to walk through every option, or just pick and choose the return sections you desire, Turbo Tax makes it easy to file your taxes. Just gather the data and input...Turbo Tax does the rest: completes the forms, checks the math, looks for errors, eFiles.

1/. 593 form needs to eliminate the County (brought in by Turbo Tax). I was asked for parcel number, review wanted me not to enter parcel number. I erase parcel number, review wanted me to add parcel number. 2/. You did not accurately downloaded information from last year. 3/. The interview are not logical. 4/. The California State Tax: Tax exempted income was doubled the amount of my entry in the Federal return. 5/. The length requirement for nick name is another illogical issue. You are forcing me to change my nick name to suit your software. Many places indicates that user friendly IS NOT in your mind.

Generally I like Turbo Tax and have been using it for 30 years and it gets easier for me every year. I only do my family and a couple of friends tax returns so the limit to how many I can do is annoying in that I am not getting paid for these efforts. I think an option that addresses gift tax and estate tax questions would be nice but understand that amounts involved for these subjects probably exceed the scope of this program.

When I entered my medical insurance premium deduction for my wife's Healthcare Market place Blue Cross insurance it increased my return. Then when I entered the 1065 data it increased my return again. There should be a notice warning that if you enter 1065 data do not include the deduction in the medical premiums section.

I saw no indication anywhere that my brother's return did not have to be filed since he had income but zero taxable income after deductions. I had to go to 1040 form instructions. You should indicate when there is no need to file due to being under the requirements specified by the IRS.

1) At the end, at e-file, i cannot file and have to run update. After update, the app filed to start. Luckily I restarted my mac, restart the app and run update again. 2) app is not loading last year's return well. Disappointing. Had to open up last year's return to retrieve data. Luckily, we could run turbo tax 2016 and 2017 at the same time.
