I like the fact that I can use the product and know when it is done I am finished. When I owe and I usually do owe a little, it allows me to pay with a record of paying in an easy way.

Here we are 2/1 and I was able to file for my refund, this software ROCKS it EVERY year. I wish other apps were more in tune with the real customer experience as Turbo Tax is.

Confusing upload interface Locked my account several times because the interface kept timing out. This will most likely be the last year I use Turbo Tax. There are better software options available.

I owed much more than I estimated and couldn't pay the entire amount. It would be nice if Turbo Tax had an option to pay a partial amount when I file my taxes, rather than having to pay thru the IRS website or by mail.

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years. Completing the the return was easy step by step directions. I only had a little problem with the foreign tax credit. Had to call the broker.

My 1099-INT included the fed/TN tax exempt interest but I had three tax free Tennessee bonds included and I couldn't get the amounts for the three Tenn tax exempt bonds onto the schedule B Tennessee form. The instructions were lacking.

Using TurboTax year to year makes taxes easy! We had a more complex tax situation this year, and it's always good to know that TurboTax walks me through it all!

I like the program. Easy to use and wouldn't even try to do my taxes without this program. Also saved me at least $100 plus if I had someone else do it. Some things are still a little confusing but I got through them. Will use again next year.

I hate using Turbotax. Every single year, when they ask for my password I have to change it to a new one and then the next year the same thing happens. You have me in tears very year.

TurboTax kept dropping the $1,000 payment filed with the extension--at 9:30 pm Oct. 15, 2018, nothing seemed to work. I went into the state form and over road the TurboTax entry. The amount stayed in the return past review and then disappeared.
