TurboTax is very user friendly. It is easy to navigate and if you need help, someone is there to help you. I have used it for 3 years and will continue to do so. I have recommended it to others who also love it.

Overall very good. Just did not walk me through the few things I purchased for my small home based business. I did not want to upgrade to home and business. I felt everything for a home/hobby business should be covered.

When printing out my forms 2-sided for mailing, the first page of the form is printed on the back side of an instruction page or estimated tax page. You should put in blank pages to avoid this problem.

I have used TurboTax for many years (15+) and have never had a problem. I always go through the entire process and it has always caught a few deductions that I had forgotten about.

We have been using your product for over 10 years and never had a problem with using it or with the IRS. It's easy to understand and the help is very easy to understand.

I would prefer to see where on the forms the information is going. If I do not complete the process from start to finish then it is difficult to find the copy on your computer that was last saved. The program seems to want to start over every time.

It appears as though the same updates are repeatedly made each time a user opens a return. The updates should be only the new updates that have not already been installed.

I tried a different tax prep program once. I have been back with TurboTax ever since and that's been a long time. I'm very satisfied with the ease and thoroughness of TurboTax.

Every aspect was well presented and easy to follow, the "help" balloons were very helpful in every way, and it was a joy to use! Next year might be ....different.

As a whole 90 percent of navigating and answering the questions was fine and 65% rating while I give US band/Bank of America navigation 99%. I like the section to retrieve the 1099s which was very very good.
