Have used this program for many years now and it has made filing my taxes very easy from year to year. We have multiple rentals and other investments that are handled very well with the program.

I've been using this software for 12 years. It has always been easy and painless. And seeing my last years taxes with my current taxes is very informative.

Many of the help topics are just Q&A by users. Top level answers to questions such as "how do I know if I can deduct my home office?" are buried behind myriad user queries and community answers.

The computer geeks have exceeded my ability to use this software efficiently. I was unable to download from other sites; therefore, I had to enter information in myself. A tutorial on keychain whatevers would help!!!

I have had access to "TurboTax" for several years, and the process is simple and the least complex of the filing system. I am happy and privileged to have been able to utilize your system and look forward to 2018 tax returns.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years!! I have commented before at certain points during the process, it would be nice to be able to print the info as you work on it and have for future reference

Overall, the experience was really great. It explained all topics in an easy-to-understand way step by step in logical order. It helped me to understand tax more than before. I would use it again next year.

Excellent program. Would be nice to be able to zoom in when doing taxes to read more easily. ( I am 64) Usually under the VIEW menu, but not available. Zoom In function available when final taxes are saved as a pdf. but not when using the program.
