Everything went easily until I got to "foreign source amount included in dividends"! I searched the web and a TurboTax answer came up to save the day.

Seemed to have to do the same downloads twice. Once at the beginning of the interview session and then again when asked for .int/.div/1099B info. Should have transferred smoothly with one download.

I've been using TurboTax for years and it's always simple and straightforward. I really like that I can prepare all the taxes for us and our kids and eFile up to 5 returns for free!

I procrastinate every year, thinking that filing my taxes will be a miserable experience. By now, I should learn that TurboTax makes it as easy as it can possibly be.

Healthcare entry sheet: The printed form left the Yes and No/Partial boxes unchecked. At the end of healthcare there was no way to check the box that said "finished with all the healthcare related entries.

It handled some tricky issues very well such as tax free income from various states. However I did not receive a good explanation why foreign taxes were carried as a deduction rather than a credit

I will always use Turbo Tax (TT). The screens are easy to follow. The software integrates well with my financial institutions (Wells Fargo, Fidelity Investments, etc.)

Have used this software 4 years running and will continue next year as well. However, this year, Turbo Tax was by default requiring us to fill our a schedule C form when it was unnecessary. It took a LOT of effort to figure out how to fix this.

Turbo tax is letting its longtime customer base down. This might be my last year with TurboTax. I have used TurboTax for years, and this year efiling is a failure.

Have used this program for many years now and it has made filing my taxes very easy from year to year. We have multiple rentals and other investments that are handled very well with the program.
