I have used turbotax for over a decade and find it does what I need. I always let it lead me by the hand and together we can get this done. Takes much longer to assemble all my records than it does to plug that into turbotax.

I should get a refund for the "FREE" e-file that never worked. I answered the questions properly. I could not do my taxes without Turbotax. Still too complicated.

I have used this product for years now and I'm still very pleased with how quick I can get this done myself with the confidence that it is done correctly -- big relief once I'm done!!q

Mostly hassle free - more complicated return this year with complex K-1's. Help was good but my situation was not quite covered. Generally pleased - am a long-time user.

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years. It seemed to be easier to use this year. The little help screens were useful to quickly ansewer questions.

wish you didn't have to type in the decimal point all the time for entering dollar amounts. Also, does not explain AMT very well. Should include better information, walk thru explanations, etc..

I have been using turbo tax for more than 25 year. We own rental property and the premier package keeps track of the depreciation on the property and capitalized equipment. It also keeps track of the differences between state and federal rules.

1. It does not provide you with individual state return printout. It lets you print or save entire package. It is hard to tell what to submit for each state. 2. Got charged for DC state return. But, it did not complete the form

The Analysis section has some good tips. It's too bad those tips didn't show up in the Review section, before I submitted my Federal return. It would have reminded me of another itemized deduction that I forgot to take.

I have used turbotax for several years, I think I am fairly familiar with the tax forms, but continue to use the interview process. It would be nice if turobotax could remember what forms were used last year and delete them from the interview
