I've been using Turbo tax for over 10 years now. It has always been accurate and easy to use. My only complaint is that I can buy it cheaper at local retailers than directuly.

On the whole, TurboTax premier handled all of my tax situations with ease. Did have look up information on some special situations. I could not have done my taxes without the premier addition.

When importing the name of dividend payor from Computershare, the length of the name causes error at review time. Need to truncate the name to match the length of the field in worksheet.

I have used Turbo-tax for years & give it 5 stars for ease of use & ability to acquire additional advice from Turbo-tax & Turbo-Tax Nation! Love this product! It is so very much less money than paying a tax preparation service.

I found the software helpful until there were issues with one of the schedules and then there was no information on how to resolve or get back to the error. I had to go outside of TurboTax to get the answers which took quite a bit of time.

I tried a different tax prep program once. I have been back with TurboTax ever since and that's been a long time. I'm very satisfied with the ease and thoroughness of TurboTax.

Entering Schedule K-1information this year was so easy! Before I had to figure out where to put data, this year TurboTax took the information and put it right where it belonged saving me the agonizing question, "Am I doing this correctly?"

I have been using turbo tax for many years. For the past two years when I'm finally ready to file Turbo Tax tries to charge me for my free state and charge me again for my second state return. Then they all me back only to put me on hold again.
