I won't have this problem again, but having moved to another state I had two state filings. Entry for the states was confusing and I had to go back and switch the states. I just can't give 5 stars for that. Call it 4.9.

The process was time-consuming. Mainly because a lot of time was spent researching definitions of various accounting terminologies, acronyms, and formulas.

Over all Like Turbo but this year it errors out on K1 ine 16 forms. doesn't make a $.0 difference on my taxes but the little error wont allow E file so probably discontinue using 2018

I love the product and have been using it for over 20 years. One thing they should fix is that they ask questions about carry over amounts. They should only need to ask this if you didn't import your prior years returns where you used their product.

Even I did not work in 2017, I required TurboTax for Taxes because I received Social Security and made some money investing (that can change). I enjoy all questions to do the best for IRS and State taxes.

Have used TurboTax since the 1990s. My filings have gotten more complicated over the years, so I now use Premier, but it has enabled me to save lots of money on taxes and accountants fees.

I've used TurboTax for many years and it has gotten better every tax year. There's a reason why many tax professionals use TurboTax, it flat out works and is super accurate! Thanks Intuit.

The ease of using turbo tax; uploading from previous years; the comparison's from year to year to make sure you not missing anything and the ability to do at your own pace makes filing our tax returns a breeze.

I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years. One year I had a CPA prepare my taxes just to compare and basically just wasted some money as there was no difference.

I would prefer to see where on the forms the information is going. If I do not complete the process from start to finish then it is difficult to find the copy on your computer that was last saved. The program seems to want to start over every time.
