When I got to the area to post my US Savings bonds redeemed, I wasn't ready so I continued to the next area. I received a message: "Because you have not entered any US Treasury interest, you have no US Treasury bond interest to exclude. We'll delete info previously"....and so on. When I was ready to post my savings bonds interest and did, I still received that message even after I posted the interest. I'm not sure if I paid state taxes on this because of this message. Can I get a reply on this matter about paying state taxes on my US Savings Bond interest?

TurboTax is thorough, methodical, accurate, and super-easy to use. It is replete with help topics, terminology, and resources as well as the latest IRS updates. And it gets better every year! 15+ years of reliable returns and I won't use anything else.

Under Windows 10, the Turbo Tax window would disappear with each topic change. After 10 - 20 times, it got irritating. Turbo Tax locked up when attempting to pay for state e-filing. Tried 3x to get it to work. Finally, we just printed out the state return and mailed it in. The software was not ready for Windows 10. I will probably begin researching an alternative product for 2018 taxes.

Turbo tax Premier makes filing so easy. Even though I sold my rental property! If your not sure of something it walks you through step by step. I have tried another software a few years back. But I am so glad that I came back to Turbotax! Best tax software out there!!

I have had a rental property for 13 years and have always Found TurboTax premier to fully support what I need to report for rental income and expenses. TurboTax makes it so easy I always wonder why so many of my colleagues pay to have their tax returns prepared.

This is my 4th year for using turbo tax since becoming single and selling off my assets. Its inexpensive, easy to use and fits my financial needs. I like to keep the software loaded and forecast what my future taxes will be and when the new version comes out I have all of the pertinent data loaded which makes my filing even easier.

A great feature is the ability to preview or print a copy of the 1040 before filing. I was expecting a moderate refund, but the printout showed I owed more than $1,000. In comparing it with my 2016 return, I quickly found it was typing error. I had entered 2555 instead of 25.55 in the additional tax section!

The user interface is easy to use and the import function from last year along with W-2's and brokerage accounts saves a lot of time and minimizes errors. However, it would be helpful if some of the errors found in the review process could be triggered upon data entry and not wait till the end to find the error.

TurboTax was once again p to the challenge of leading me through my complicated and evolving tax situation. The import of personal information and potential input categories gets you up and running quickly. The TurboTax tour through each tax topic is a good overview of changes, with detailed information only a click away. Preparation of the State forms is super simple. After error check, you are presented with a comparison to last year's taxes. Great product!

I have used TurboTax for many, many years. This year may well be the last. Yes, I waited to file until the last day, although I did the work for everything ahead of time - I just wanted to pay at the last minute. Every time I tried to go to where I could pay the state fee to efile, my computer completely locked up. Tried for what seemed like forever. At the last minute I tried hitting alt-tab while the form was saving and it kept the turbotax window open and it worked, but by the time I was finished it was just after midnight. I have never been late like this before and I am extremely unhappy. I will probably die early after all this unneeded stress.
