After I submitted my Federal Return using Premier the Refund Analysis page mentioned a tool called Taxcaster. What it did not mention is after taking so much time to enter our information to complete our taxes that we'd have to navigate to another web page and re-enter a bunch of information that we already entered just to get help predicting whether we'll owe taxes or have a refund next year. Please don't just advertise this feature in the Analysis and Advice tab, but link to the page and use the information we already entered in the TurboTax app to populate the form so we don't have to spend a lot of time re-entering our information to utilize this tool. This would be a great service to your customers. Thank you.

After using Turbo Tax for over 25 years I have decided to switch to another program next next year due to difficulties in printing the past few years. Not user friendly at all. As far as the tax program is concerned I am very satisfied but not willing to deal with the printing problem.

this is a brand new computer and we have had no problems with any program but with this (turbo tax) program I have had problems with pages not moving up so I can complete what the program is asking for.the little line on the right side that lets you move the info up/down is gone and I have to play around until sometimes it comes on and if I can move the mouse on it before it disappears then I can move on down the program. very irritating. I guess I will have to find a different program for next year. one that doesn't have this glitch.......././ I don't have any problems advancing this page!!!!!!!

Errors in software are 1)listed my address improperly on Federal return which was correctible and 2) did not include a $10,000 deduction on the OK state return which was not correctible.Further, the software did not allow me to access any state forms to make corrections or data changes at any time.

I've used turboTax for years with no issues. Have found it easy to follow and use. This year lost all of my input when I walked away from the computer and the computer shut down. The program should prompt you to save immediately when you start a return and periodically when you've finished sections.

While I found it easy to use when using their easy step, using their forms was more of a hassle than I remember from the past. In the past the program was more capable to include filing schedule C and this year I had a debt forgiveness form that the easy step was useless. It also seems as if the program is constantly adding new fees to file.

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years for my tax return and for my parents' tax return. I feel confident that I am being guided based on the current tax law. The first year I used Turbo Tax for my parents's tax return, I entered their tax information as a "double-check" of what my Dad had filled out manually. We were able to find a significant calculation error in the manual forms and were able to correct it before it might have cost my parents penalties on taxes not paid on time. Ever since that, I have also been doing their taxes each year. We all have such peace of mind that everything is being filed as accurately as possible. It is so easy I cannot imagine going back to manually filling out forms and hoping that we have covered everything.

I like the ease of entering the data, and guiding myself through the tax questions. The federal e-file is really great because I file right from my home office. A few hard spots are entering nuanced details of some taxes, and finding line item amounts I'm interested in checking. Like IRA roll overs. Or, our fine city has an "ART" tax. Was hard to find which question to enter info. But Turbo Tax came through as expected. Great results. Thanks.

Pro: This year you've made great strides to improve your handling of MLPs. Last year was fair....worked if nothing unusual happened. This year was quite good....could handle most anything the K-1 delivered. A few things (Don't enter LTC amounts if you're retired) didn't work but no show stoppers. Unfortunately, TDAmeritrade didn't transfer my wife's RMD for 2017. Turbotax missed it completely. Luckily, I remembered and brought up a 5329 which Turbotax WAS able to incorporate. Turbotax is better for me than anything Block brings out.

Horrible experience. Account got lost and re-establishing got caught in some kind of loop. Changed passwords many times to no avail. I have no idea what my current password is. I know the account number. You say it has been deactivated. Please give some guidance before we have to start over for 2018. Thanks. FSB
