MISSING PARTS

Spent hours putting it together only to notice TOO Late that the weights are missing.

Hi Lisa, please note that there are two boxes to this Home Gym. One weighs 122 pounds and the other is 61 pounds. The weights are included in one of the boxes. If it was shipped to you please wait a day or so for the other box to show up.

They sent the machine with 30 pieces missing, when you called to fix the problem, they played with you until have no warranty

after spending more than 4 hours assembling the product the cable for the weights was not the correct length to finish the assembly.

Hi, From the product manual. "The high cable will stretch during the first few uses. The weights will stop dangling and settle onto the weight stack after a while as the cable stretches". The manual has instructions for customers if the high cable seems to be too short. See step 28.

Okay...

Pretty good but doesnt feel as stable as it should. Also way more difficult to put together than any previous ones I have owned.
