I'm 6'1 and the machine is too small for me to do the lat pull downs. I have to sit on the ground to perform a proper pull down. Also the assembly takes several hours. Overall this machine is for senior citizens or young kids. Kind of disappointing.

It was heavy as expected but went together with no problem. Just no Grease. The instruction said to Grease well but had none and didn't say it was required.

I didn't open this right away because I didn't have anyone to help me put it together. It came without all the hardware and cables to put it together. By the time I opened it it was as too late to get help with all the missing parts.

Decent product for the price. Make sure to allot enough time to build it and it helped looking at YouTube. Lastly the weight tension will vary depending on the exercise you are performing, hence the fact there are no numbers on the weights.

I waited two weeks for shipping and then noticed my pulleys were broken. Now I have to wait until Monday to speak with customer service. Very disappointed.

Assembly seemed to take forever but my 14 year old did a majority of it by himself until he got to the cables and then I helped. He loves the equipment and it seems to be a great value.

Avoided shipping charges by ordering and picking it up at Walmart. Very reasonably priced for a home gym (under $200.00). No problems assembling (4hrs by myself), just need to pay attention to the illustrations. I would recommend this product.

Item works fine after having to make changes to the product. Holes for the seat on the seat upright were drilled in the wrong location by 4 inches . Had to drill a new hole to correct mfg flaw. Holes on the leg rest to lock it were non existent and I had to drill my own.

My 13 year old son was able to assemble this home gym entirely on his own. He primarily used YouTube videos and referenced the instructions very little. He did a fantastic job and was super excited to show his progress along the way. This took him about 4.5 hours in total. We find that the gym functions well if only planning to exercise the upper body. The leg rest/support that hits behind the knees seems to be either positioned too high (not adjustable) or not soft enough. It makes all three of us sore behind the knees therefore we are unable to use. I am 5'8, my daughter 5'7 and my son 5'5. What a disappointment. We purchased this to see how often we would use instead of purchasing an expensive system first. Such a bummer that we cant get a complete workout. We have reviewed all instructions and compared to the images online. It is put together properly. Need to figure out what to do about this.
