What happened?

I have been buying Kleenex ultra soft 3 ply for years and now they are so rough. The tissues appear to be 2 ply instead of 3 ply. Now I have to find a new tissue. My nose is raw from using these.

They should still be the same soft, gentle tissues that you know and trust. Pathetic engineering

We have bought Kleenex my entire life. I'm 81. New packaging is awful. Inevitably after pulling a dozen tissues out, the rest fall off and can't be retrieved without turning box upside down and using tweezers to restart the “feed”.

Definitely Scented!

I just bought a box of Ultra Soft. The scent is overwhelming. It looks like other reviewers have the same complaint about the fragrance. Due to allergies, I will be returning this product today.

What happened?

I bought a bundle of the ultra soft tissues last week and they're anything but. They're so scratchy I feel like I'm blowing my nose with hotel tissues. Never had this problem before. What happened?

Ugly package

Although Kleenex Ultra has been my favorite tissue, the ugly packaging of the past few years has provoked me to buy a different product. What are you thinking?! - it is not always possible to hide these boxes in a cover. YUCK!!

Horrible colors

New boxes for the ultra soft tissues are horrible. They are truly an eye sore in my home. I realize some people may think they are great but how about offering a softer neutral colored box in addition. I am embarassed to put them out in my home.

New Box Designs are too loud and ugly

I love your ultra soft tissues and they are the only kind I but. However your new box patterns are very ugly and too loud. Please bring back the pretty older designs for us more traditional types. Thank you.

Ugly new boxes...will not buy

I've been buying these forever, several boxes a week. But the new designs are ugly. I've switched to another brand. I hope you bring back something decent. I'm not buying until you do.

So glad I'm always prepared with Kleenex

Kleenex Tissues are perfect in our house because they stand up to our toughest cold and allergies without causing a raw red nose and care for our littlest noses without be harsh on those little faces.

Atrocious Box Colors

I love Kleenex tissues but the atrocious box colors have forced me to buy Puffs Plus or Great Value brand. Kleenex, please go back to normal box colors, blues and grays. The bright orange and green don't go with anyone's decor.
