Does anyone remember when ultra soft tissues used to be.....soft? As usual new and improved is just a cover for a cost cutting downgrade of a formerly great product. These tissues feel more like regular kleenex than the really soft tissues Kleenex used to produce, I have also noticed that I have a lot of white fuzzies on my shirts whenever I blow my nose. I will not be buying this product again.

These are my favorite tissues. I always have a box on each bathroom counter. My only issue is, if you order these online the boxes will be crushed when delivered. Apparently, since there are no instructions on the shipping box that tells the shipper not to crush them, they get placed on the bottom of stacks of other packages and the Kleenex boxes get damaged. My only alternatives are to make a special trip to brick-and-mortar Walmart to purchase this item or to transfer the contents to an empty, intact box.

These are our favorite tissues...softer than the regular Kleenex and NOT infused with any kind of lotion or perfume. My only complaint is that over the years Kleenex seems to be slowly shrinking these down (in size and thickness.) They are still 3-ply, but at best that's as thick as what 2-ply used to be. Kleenex used to make "man-sized" tissue (that's what they called them) with the same strength and softness, and these were great, nice and large and thick. A single tissue went a long way and would do the job of about three of these Ultra Soft Facial Tissues.

I have my home and my classroom stocked with Kleenex ultra soft tissues. They are strong enough to prevent a mess even when my students are using them. They are soft enough that when I have to use them more often than usual, my nose is not chapped. I always stock up at the beginning of the school year so I know I am set.

I love these tissues! I would rate them a 5 , if the clear plastic dispenser part didn't fail with the past 3 batches we bought within the first few pulls. Bought from different stores locally, in the 14th largest cityi n the US. Getting to the premium product I paid for while keeping the other tissues uncompromised would be ideal.

The tissues themselves are outstanding. Very soft and durable. We have a box in literally every room in our house, However, there seems to be a new problem with the plastic not staying attached to the box. It's very frustrating to pull a tissue out and have the plastic disconnect. Again, the tissues are really great, we don't buy any other tissues. Hopefully someone can address this. Thanks

The packaging is appealing, and the thickness is pleasant. It's great for allergies, and the texture is both soft and strong. Feel nice and good for nose stand up well.

What happened to the softness of your tissues. I've purchased your products from Costco for years and was very disappointed with my recent purchase. The tissues are noticeably rough from the first touch out of the box and as you can imagine on my nose. Very disappointed.

We use ultra soft Kleenex because it is so soft. I have allergies and keep a box nearby at all times. I also have them in my car and keep Kleenex on-the-go packs in my satchel and nearly every jacket I own. Nothing says, "God bless you." like a Kleenex tissue when offered or received.

Kleenex Ultra Soft Tissues are the only tissues I buy, and I recommend them to everyone. HOWEVER, it seems like Kleenex has changed them. The last two boxes I opened had tissues in them that aren't nearly as soft as my beloved tissues of the past. I'm extremely displeased because I typically buy 4-6 boxes at a time so I have a cabinet full of tissues I won't use. PLEASE, KC, bring back my Ultra Softs, or I'll be forced to try Puff's Ultra Soft & Strong and you will likely lose a long-time loyal consumer.
