there is no question that this rough paper is not the soft Kleenex tissue to which we had all become accustomed. The company claims in response to posts like mine that they have made no changes to the product. This is not true as anyone who knows Kleenex can clearly tell. these tear up the skin around my nose.

I have used this product for years + was so relieved when you introduced your previous designs. All of the beige + brown options worked well with my bathroom designs. Subtle, natural + tasteful. Now I refuse to purchase this ridiculous box. I have read your responses about keeping up with design trends. Well I am a Creative Director + can assure you that these belong in the Golden Girls house, circa 1986. Please just revert to what you had. I love your product but not enough to support bad taste. Thank you.

I have allergies and use a great many tissues. At 83, I used Kleenex tissues when the color on the box indicated the color of the tissue. I decided to try the Ultra Soft and I am sorry to say, I was terribly disappointed. (I need to put this delicately) The surface of the Ultra Soft tissue is so soft that, unless it is really cold in the room, the snot slides right off the tissue and leaves traces on my nose, think snail trail. There are not enough tissues in the box to accommodate this affliction. Will go back to the regular Kleenex family size, not so ultra. tissues.

I am so disappointed with the box redesign. I had used this brand and size for years. The new color design is horrendous and matches nothing in the rooms I put them in. Alas, I have had to switch brands due to this. I honestly do not know what you were thinking.

I like the tissues but the new box design looks like a drunk designed them. They are really ugly. I had to go through the whole display to find a box in the old design. I refuse to buy this ugly box no matter how good the tissues are. Everyone inline at the store was talking about how bad it is. Did you think this through?

We use ultra soft Kleenex because it is so soft. I have allergies and keep a box nearby at all times. I also have them in my car and keep Kleenex on-the-go packs in my satchel and nearly every jacket I own. Nothing says, "God bless you." like a Kleenex tissue when offered or received.

I have loved Kleenex for years but have resorted to buying another brand because  of the terrible new box designs. Honestly, I don't know whose decor those boxes would match unless you live in Mexico.. it's a shame that the beautiful pastel boxes from the past have been redesigned into this nightmare. I would love to purchase Kleenex again, but refuse to do so until the box changes. .

I'm curious why you chose to go from the pleasant pastel packaging to the jungle looking print that does not blend well with anything. We have Kleenex in every room in our house and always buy Kleenex brand. Disappointing. I look forward to your response. Love the brand, not the design. Experimenting with other brands.

My skin is super sensitive and I have many health issues. So to have a super soft Kleenex is amazing and really makes my life easier. I use Kleenex many times a day, all year round. I do not like any other brand and do not waste my money on other brands. Kleenex is the one and only for me and I go through a lot of Kleenex. I LOVE all the new kinds and shapes of Kleenex that you have come out with. Please keep the quality. Other brands cut down on quality and quantity.

I have been using the 120–3 ply for at least 15 years Hate, Hate, Hate the new patterns on the boxes and thinking of now going to a different brand!!! Hate them so much, I refuse to put the boxes in my bathrooms, bedrooms or any other rooms. What were you guys thinking, the new patterns are extremely ugly
