I have used this product for years and will continue to do so, but I do have a couple of complaints. First if you have a very wet cold the mucus smears on the face, the tissues are so soft that it just doesn't absorb. Second, the square boxes have become so overstuffed that it is impossible to get the 1st tissue out without 1) tearing it or 2) pulling out a bunch at once. And lastly, and this has been going on for at least 15+ years, the dust or kleenex particles when inhaled as one would when starting to blow your nose, end up in my throat and I end up choking on microscopic particles to the point where you almost can't breath. Only way to combat this is to make sure tissue is not pulled out of the box...so it must be dust particles??

I have been only buying Kleenex Ultra Soft for years. The tissues are great, but these new box designs are just too much to have around the house. If I were still teaching young children, these designs would be perfect for the classroom. For my home, I want something pretty and elegant. The designs before the change were the nicest. Until there are pretty, elegant designs again, I'm buying another brand.

When shopping for Ultra soft Kleenex I search through the mountains of blue and orange boxes to find the three tasteful brown or gray boxes. I will go to multiple stores if necessary to find the more subdued colors. I like the product, but the color choices are horrible.

These new boxes are the ugliest ever! You always have such pretty designs. I don't know whose house these will go in. Gimme a break! Really? I'm going to have to buy more Kleenex box covers now. I am very unhappy, and I probably buy more Kleenex than anyone! I love the product, hate the box!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product, ugly box.   We now have cut the bottom out of our old boxes and reuse the old box as the new ones are so awful. Please change thre design soon, it's been over a year of these horrible designs.   Please fire your entire design team and whom ever drugged them when they got approval.

I have always used Kleenex brand tissue. I buy them by the case. I opened up a box from the most recent case and the smell was horrible! I thought it may have been a bad box. I opened up one from the bottom of the case and it had the same smell. Letting the opened boxes sit overnight did not help. When you hold a sheet up to your nose the odor is disgusting. I contacted my supplier and was informed they recently have had numerous complaints regarding the Kleenex brand. I returned the case and replaced it with another brand. I am done with Kleenex!

Can you make the packages any uglier?? They've been bad lately, but the newest ones are horrible! Why do you think anyone wants to place these out in their rooms? Lime green? Hot pink? No one has these colors in their decor! Purple has been bad enough. Now I have to try and hide these new colors. Yuck! Please, please try nice, soft neutral tones.

I love my Kleenex! I will no longer purchase another brand. Now, who on Earth chooses the box colors? I miss the days of a simple, solid color to actually blend with my decor. I'm usually not the type to complain; however, without decent choices, I'm at the point of throwing away money and investing in box covers.

I have used kleenex brand 3 ply tissue for as long as i can remember, I can't tell you how disappointed I am with your product currently. Your 3 ply now feels like 1 ply. I need 2 tissue now for effectiveness. Not only do I feel the quality has dropped, but you also joined the ban wagon on "shrinkflation". I only get 60 sheets now verses 65. This doesn't leave me too many reasons for continuing with your brand. Sad to say good bye after some 40 years of use.

I used to use Kleenex Ultra Doux 3 ply tissues all year round, I usually have a couple boxes on hand, ran out of them, so purchased a new box and the product had changed, and it is NOT good anymore, not strong, thin, not as soft, I blow my nose and now there are holes all over the tissue! Sorry, I would rather now buy the cheap brands because Kleenex has dropped down to their level! It went from a great useful tissue, superior to all others, to a run in the mill, similar to the 'no name brand' tissues. Price of course stayed the same!
