I have used Kleenex ultra soft for years. This is the only brand that I would use. However, I have noticed a big change on the softness. It has more of a rough texture that I do not like. I wonder if the company is cutting corners and not producing the same quality.

Someone wrote saying that as the tissues were about 3/4 gone they became pinkish. That is the manufacturer's way of warning you it is time to buy more so you don't run out of them. Actually, I think it is a good idea. Many times I have pulled the last tissue out before my allergy nose was finished and had to go get another out of storage. With the warning I can have another box close as needed. However, I find these 3 plys are never available anywhere any more. When will they be back in stock?

For the past year and a half Kleenex has not been to good. They are not soft at all regardless of which type I buy. Also I've noticed that I can buy multiple of same formula yet no two boxes are the same. I keep a box within reach in every room but I guess I'm going to try other brands now. Wish these were still what they used to be.

I had an older box of Ultra Soft tissues and a brand new box. Finished using the older box and immediately felt the difference with the new box..... used both within minutes off each other. There is a big difference in softness. If, as you claim, nothing changed, then perhaps the tissues are being packed in the wrong boxes, as their was a big difference in softness. I used Ultra Soft for years and years because of the softness. These feel like the regular Kleenex and not the Ultra Soft, as they are supposed to be. I hope you will listen to your customers and correct this problem.

I have bought Kleenex brand tissues for 60+ years. Never had a problem with them, until recently. The boxes come unglued, when you need one tissue, you get 4-5, because the perforation isn't complete. The design is horrible, as are the colors They don't display very well. I can't imagine too many people have decor to go with the design of these boxes.

I opened a box of your tissues. They stick together, so when you try to take just one, 3 come out! This continues through at least 1/2 of the box. I noticed there is an attachment to the next tissue. So, I bought a box of Puff tissues, and they don't clump together!

I buy the ultra-soft upright boxes at Costco, so maybe it is only their stock, but the quality has really nose-dived. The tissues are thinner, so they tear when pulling them out of my decorative holders. They are "dustier", as though they are losing particles during use. And they are definitely not as soft. Very disappointed!!

I absolutely LOVE your ultra-soft tissues, but I HATE the box designs. What happened to the beautiful, brightly colored flower designs? I loved them, and I color-coordinated them in different rooms in my house. This may sound ridiculous, but it actually made me happy when I looked at them. I don't get that feeling with the new design. PLEASE BRING BACK THE FLOWER DESIGN!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect for the whole family. I love how soft the tissues are and the box does not take up much room. The box is very stylish and can go great in any room like our living room. So glad I was able to try out Kleenex Ultra Soft. I received this product for free.

Great tissues, but it seems that there is a difference in packaging - how tissues are loaded into the upright box that affects dispensing. Frustrating that several tissues are sometimes stuck together in sequence - one is connected to the next vs a clean cut to allow one tissue out of the box at a time. More frustrating is that it seems that the tissues are in 2-3 separate rolls such that after some have been used, the next is not connected, and they are at the bottom of the box. I either have to reach way down into the box to bring one up to to the opening to start the "flow" again or turn box upside down to reach one to pull it to the opening. Please go back to previous packaging.
