Great product. The first time I bought this item, I was a bit skeptical. I thought it would be cheap paper thin bacon. I was wrong and greatly suprised. This bacon could easily compare to the premium brands. This bacon can be peeled of the sheet and fried, or baked in the oven directly on the parchment paper sheets. This is a must buy on any trip I make to Sam's Club.

I love this bacon, I get a lot for the money. I prepackaged it in smaller freezer bags, and it lasts me a while.

This is good bacon for recipes. It has a great taste and is not too salty. However, the strips are extremely thin. I've eaten as many as 8 strips at one time. It is "restaurant style" so I guess it is what it is.

This bacon is MUCH thinner and unevenly sliced, saltier and less smoke flavor than when the bacon was introduced. Used to love it. Like many products we used to love, quality standards seem to be lowered. Considering a change.
