So disappointed with Nestle! Like some of the other reviewers, I've been making some of the same desserts for years and experienced horrible results with these new chips! Not only do they taste terrible but they won't melt ... thus becoming impossible to spread (for example, if you're making bark!) I had to dump two huge pans of it out and make a quick run to the store to get a birthday treat replacement! We also noticed a change for the worse in their Drumstick ice cream cones (both the chocolate and the ice cream ... plus significantly less nuts ...again terrible tasting!) Didn't anyone test these things? It's not a change for the better if people stop buying the products!

I purchased the milk chocolate morsels because they were on sale. Before buying them, I looked for the recipe and they had the Nestle's chocolate chip cookie recipe. Fool that I was, I believed it. DO NOT use. The chocolate did not melt the way the semi-sweet morsels do. What the.......... I purchased the 23 oz bag and I am out my money and chips! I'm going to try Hershey's.

They were perfect for baking, and sweet enough that they added a certain richness to the cookie. Very meltable and tasty, I will be purchasing these again. I bought generic chips, melted them fine but wasn't thrilled with the taste so back to my reliable nestle milk chocolate morsels...but each time I've tried to melt them (microwave, double boiler) I've ended up with a gross chunk of gritty wasted chocolate. Seriously, I've followed the recipe on the back, what am I doing wrong???

I make the dough and scoop into balls then then freeze to bake later. I used a combo of the semi-sweet & milk chocolate. Great combo. These are way better than I remember. Made a huge batch of cowboy cookies for my parents (I freeze the dough made into balls so they can easily pop them in the oven for fresh batch of cookies). Used one bag of semi sweet and one bag of milk chocolate. The flavor is much better than I remember and plan to use them in the future.

I used the Nestle Toll House Milk Chocolate morsels as an addition to a brownie recipe. I enjoyed the extra chocolate flavor, which I feel, brought the flavor of the brownies to a new level. I love the taste of the milk chocolate morsels and using them with a dark chocolate brownie recipe. I will surely use them again in this way.
