I used the milk chocolate morsals to make brownies. OH MY! These morsels are not only good eaten by themselves but they make a scrumptious brownie. I've used some other more expensive chips but the only thing I achieved by doing that is spending more money. Nestle Milk Chocolate Morsels are delicious by themselves or in brownies, cookies, pies and whatever else you can dream up. A handful in the mouth is great too!

My recipe usually calls for just semi-sweet chocolate chips but by adding these creamy milk chocolate chips to the cookies they take on a whole new flavor. The Nestle Toll House Milk Chocolate Morsels are by far my preferred brand of choice. Perfect for a little sweet treat by themselves too when you get a sweet tooth! We put the morsels on top of our favorite cookie as usual and they didn't melt at all. This is very disappointing as it ruined the whole batch. I don't think we will use the Nestlé's morsels again. We used to use Hershey's thin candy bars and they did the same thing so went to Nestlé's. Now where do we go? NOT GOOD? You and Hershey's changed the recipe. We use this product every year when we bake.

Cooked Christmas Crack which is a recipe that requires chocolate morsels to be topped onto saltine crackers that have been topped with a homemade carmel sauce which in turn has to be baked in a 400° oven for 5-6min.. the residual heat from the "cooling" 400° oven will melt the chocolate chips in about 5min & then you spread out the melted chocolate.. last time I made this recipe the chocolate chips melted very easily with no problem. However, this time, the chocolate chips looked like a matte floury-like clumped substance that did not resemble the glossy, gooey goodness that you typically get when you melt the chocolate morsels. The Best Buy Date on my 12oz pkg was: Mar2018 with code: 6 090 5748 2 5 & Time: 21:44...the chips in this bag were made with coca butter. So dissatisfied with the quality & they ruined my recipe. I grew up on Nestlé Toll House Chocolate Morsels & have always had success at melting them..but will not continue to waste my time nor my money on a product that does not taste good because it did not function properly.
