Setup instructions were lacking. I had to figure it out and could not get it to work right. Still trying before I return it.

I'm sure it's a great printer, but I bought it weeks ago and can't figure out how to hook it up. Someday.....

I love the quality of the printed information and the ease of using it. The opportunity to pay a small monthly fee and never give out of ink.

It does not come with ability to direct wire. Must have high speed internet for it to become usable for scanning.

Go to pc first and the iPhone and iPad will follow. I loved how they direct you to print the directions out while trying to connect to my pc.

This is exactly what I was looking for. It's a little bigger than what I was expecting but the price was right. Best selling point for me was it was a HP and a quick easy set up.

Excellent item for the cost. I am 72 and not technology literate and had the wireless Bluetooth connection up and running in 10 minutes. Excellent instructions on app.
