Yes, this is my second Epson printer. I am so confident in its performance that I didn't bother with the warranty. I moved the other Epson 545 printer to a new location. I love the refillable ink bottles and the new features. I look forward to using some of the new features.

Just purchased and set up this unit. Setup went well with Mac and seems to be communicating well via Wi-Fi. Print quality is good, the machine seems sturdy and well made. Control panel is not as user friendly as I would hope but after using it I am sure it will come with ease. Well worth dealing with the control panel for the ink volume and reduced cost of printing. Tired of paying big money for "HP gold plated" ink cartridges.

The ink capacity is a big bonus to a product with excellent print quality. While I don't do special projects which may challenge the full capabilities of the printer, for the average home user it is great value for the price. The inability to remove the lid for scanning is a drawback.

In itself, it is a very good printer, nice sharp, well defined edges to graphics and fonts. The price of the replacement ink is very good. However, somehow a hacker has found our printer and I suspect may be using it as an IOT bot. Paper gets wasted and in return we get a cute ASCII graphic for New Years. Yea (not).

Very disappointed! This printer would not connect or print from any of my three Chromebook computers. Just purchased a new Dell desktop computer; and I could only get print jobs that were so faint they were unuseable. Reinstalled my old HP printer and it would print perfectly from all my computers. I really wanted this printer to work to save on ink costs; but it was a no go?

I received the Epson Printer and was able to set that up with no issues at all. This was the easiest printer set up I have ever completed. I love how the printer comes with 2 bottles of the ink of each color. That adds great value when purchasing a printer. The ease of connecting my documents and photos I needed to print for my business was amazing. I never had any issues with a paper jam or ink missing from the print. For this printer I give it a 5 star and would tell everyone that this is the product that you should get for the cost. I like the ink tank feature. Far better than cartridges. I have had to clean the heads 2 times in less than a month. That is a concern since my previous Epson became unusable because of print head problems. Thought it would have a more robust feature set i.e. duplex document feeder.

We bought this for our tattoo studio because we were tired of purchasing ink all the time. The Eco tanks rock. We only have filled the tanks for the first time after owning it for a year and a half (the printer came with this ink, so I still have not had to purchase new ink and I have a decent amount left in the refill bottles). We usually have 3-4 artists working in the studio at a time to give an idea of how much use it gets. The screen functions could be better, but it does have everything I need once we figured out how to navigate the options. Touch screen would be nice, but once you are used to the functions its not necessary. It can resize images right from the photocopier, without having to get the computer involved. The cost of the printer is offset enormously by the amount of ink you won't have to buy.

I have been using this printer for a while now and I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the printing. It is also fast and wifi connection to my computer was easy and I print from my computer and I scan documents to my computer. Everything works as it is supposed to and the ink levels have barely moved. This ink will last a long time. No smudges at all. Beautiful documents. Flawless scans.

Bought this about 2 months ago with some doubt in my mind as I have always used HP printers. This printer has cured my doubts about not going with an HP. It prints text well but I have not tried pictures yet. I love the ink wells and the windows to view ink level, it beats having a message telling me I need a new cartridge when I am in the middle of a print job. I look forward to printing some pictures my wife wants copies of for a family reunion.
