It came with all of the necessary hardware to mount, with the exception of a sheet of plywood that I cut down in order to mount the unit in a horizontal-sliding vinyl window frame (a vertically-sliding frame would not need plywood). This unit works well for the space that we are in. I'm completely happy with my purchase!

It fit perfectly into the bedroom window without any major modification. After using it three times in two weeks, it works well in cooling the bedroom.

The fact that it draws less electrical power than most other 5K BTU units is a plus.

I needed some additional cooling because the roll-about air conditioner wasn't enough. This addition worked to create a comfortable space. I am happy with it it cools the area down quickly.

I was skeptical because the last air condotioner i bought blew out hot air. It Did not cool my room at all. As soon as i plugged this in i felt cool air. My 2nd floor room which used to feel like a sauna now feels so cool and comfortable. Id definitley reccomend!
